I needed to replace my leaking toilets so I contacted them. They were quick to respond and scheduled the visit right away. I was tired of taking cold showers so I scheduled an appointment. My shower needed a new valve. As luck would have it, they had the exact replacement valve on the truck so I had hot water running in no time. Great Service. I will definitely keep their number handy.
Incredibly quick response to our plumbing problem and fixed our clogged line and charged us less than what we were expecting. Great customer service from the plumber and office staff. I will definitely use them again!
I called and some man answered and seemed to be in a rush. He advised me they charge $99 just to come out and provide an estimate. Taken back a sec I confirmed, "You charge $99 just to take a ...?" He seemed to cut me off and state, "Yes, I just said that." That was very rude.
The representatives from Arlington Water Heater Repair & Plumbing were very professional from the start and followed through with a follow up call. They were able to fit me in on the same day that I contacted them. I will definitely use them again.
Had a leak from a bad plumbing job that someone performed and the water was leaking into my bedroom. Called them and Jonathan came out within the hour. They diagnosed a potential problem and tightened me up. Keeping an eye on the issue, since we didn't open any walls, but I was extremely impressed with the service, promptness and professional! I will DEFINITELY use them again!
