My experience at AC supply store was exceptional, the customer service was A-1. I explained what I needed and they were on it! Jamal, the Assistant Manager, was very helpful in making sure I had all my correct parts. Per their policy, they only sale to contractors, which was explained to me. My brother is a AC certified technician, that was installing my parts but he wasn’t available to pick up my parts because he was at work. Jamal agreed to sale me what I needed, and even helped me bring the parts to my car. He was courteous and professional and my brother will be returning for my AC part needs in the future.. To make my experience even better, I saveD almost $50 on the exact part a fan motor condenser, which was purchased from another store.. I am so happy I found them. I would recommend them for your AC part needs.

Do not go here they are extremely rude and unprofessional especially Jamal needs to clear up his act and act like a grown-up there’s plenty of competition around so straighten up your act little buddy
Front counter extremely nice and helpful. Samantha normally helps me and she is always energetic and makes sure I get whatever I/we need. She always make her customers feel like a priority. NEVER had a bad experience.
Front counter guy extremely rude. Wrong part and guy said " not to come any more to this store that he will not sell us anything". I will gladly take my money anywhere else but here.
The most helpful and friendliest staff anywhere and a great place to do business. But, they sell to Texas State licensed contractors for a reason....wholesale. Same as any other wholesale only. It is not for the general public.
So the only whole sale to other companies and not to the public and would not sell me one part they turned away business, not a good idea. I would stay way from this place.
