We call late on a Saturday afternoon. Dakota returned our call within 20 mins. He was here within 10 minutes and our unit was up and running again within 10 mins. Stoffer's will continue to be our "go to" a/c company. We've used them for years.
AC went out one day and they got Dakota to come check it the very next morning. The Stoffer's - I've personally met Bob and Cindy - and their employees are good people and I highly recommend them.
Stoffers has done maintenance and recently replaced one of my two units . Their personnel are very experienced and professional in all cases, and their office manager does a great job communicating status and schedule . Their cost is very competitive and I appreciate that they are a family run business which is always my preference to support. The installation crew did a great job in correcting a couple cooling issues and did a fantastic job overall. I highly recommend Stoffers AC for any cooling and heating needs. It is a well managed business and stands by their work.

The service tech that came to my house was very professional and knowledgeable. I was impressed that he called me to let me know what time he was coming and showed up at that time I would highly recommend Stoffer’s air conditioning and heating for your repair, service and maintenance needs.

Service Tech Dakota arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the issue. Parts had to be ordered and arrived as quoted. Dakota returned and quickly had unit running. A+++ rating.

Stephen did a great job diagnosing and repairing my AC. He was quick, responsive, and was able to fix the mess the last repairman left. Stoffer's did a great job all around.

Several times I have used them. Even in the thick of heat or cold they are more responsive than any company I ever had. Their personnel, from service to office, are personable and professional. Their diagnosis is fast and always right on so there are no extra visits.
A very nice technician by the name of Stephen came to my house… Was very polite and on time… He explained what he had found that was wrong with my heating system… He repaired it did a great job explained all the charges to me and told me about your maintenance program which I definitely will be doing in the spring… It was all a very pleasant experience and I am thrilled
