Our AC went out unexpectedly, it had gotten up to 92 in the house and we were sweating. We called Davis Mechanical Contractors and they were out here the same day. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it in about an hour. I love that they will tell us what the actual issue is and if we really can just replace that one part or if we need to replace the system. They are honest, trustworthy and affordable. I highly recommend them!

I called this company because the company that came out before charged me $150 to check out my system. My home is only 2 years old and they wanted me to pay $300 to get a new piece to make my system work better. I placed a called to service my HAVC systems. The representative was very polite and professional. They was able to get someone out the same day. The technician Buddy was very professional and thorough he worked me through my entire system. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to get their system checked or repaired.

The owner of this business helped me setup a work order on the weekend, and sent two technicians during the next available slot. They came and listened to my explanation of the issue, and worked on my AC Unit without the need for supervision, then let me know it was good to go. They were very kind and quick to get the issue diagnosed and resolved. Within the hour, my home's temperature was under control. Great service and reasonable pricing!
I filed a maintenance claim at 6:00 a.m. had a text message at 6:20 a.m., the tech arrived before noon, fix the problem and was gone. Quick professional service pleasant technician I recommend this service provider.

I managed to pull a wire on the outside of my unit will removing the weeds that hurt our unit off. I called and received a call back immediately. Even for it being a Sunday. My husband was talked through what to look for. Luckily it was just a blown fuse. Norman saved us!! They will always be our first call for any ac issues
Our AC stopped functioning so we Called Davis Mechanical Contractors around 8am. We were told they would be here between 11 and 1, and we were given a heads up about half an hour before the person got here. Buddy is the person who came to repair our AC. He was polite and professional. He told me what was wrong and what needed to be done and I trusted him to do whatever was needed. Our system was repaired within an hour. Excellent work, will use them again in the future.

I rent and my landlord called them out. Air handler and condenser were 30 years old and gave out. They actually showed up earlier than the scheduled time. Perfect. Get the A/C up and going earlier. They were super fast and had informative answers for the questions I asked. When I finally do purchase a home and need A/C repairs or change outs, I would definitely call these guys. Overpriced and Shady. After charging me 319.27 to change out a 49.00 part,they also warrantied the part to the distributor of the AC unit so i can not get the Part warrantied myself, And voiding my own manufactured part. When i questioned this i was told it would have costed me another 55.00. So basically be happy with what they did. It's a shame there is no moral fiber with this Company. I will never use them again. And i strongly suggest you ask for a break down on the cost and on the so called recite they provide Via Email. By them taking the part to the distributor they get to double dip as they charge my 194.00 for part and they warranty the bad one and sell it to the next victim.

Technician called ahead, arrived on time, was very thorough in his inspection, took the time to diagnose issues with both split systems. He offered short and long term solutions, allowed me to choose what fit my needs and budget, was straight forward on all pricing. He is an employee for a number of years which tells me Davis Mechanical is a good company with good employees.
A service call on our HVAC was done, quickly and professionally. We also signed up for yearly maintenance, I'm getting to old to do this myself.
