A big shoutout to Ricky Cox’s, Texas Total Comfort Systems,LLC. We are extremely pleased with Jordan for setting up a first class experienced crew to change out a 19 year old system that finally gave up! We made the decision at 10 pm last night to go with a wonderful Daikin Ac/Heat system and the crew showed up at 12:30 to begin and finishing around 4:00 pm. Thank you so much Jordan for an amazing and no pressure experience!! We highly recommend Texas Total Comfort Systems, LLC.
Three weeks into winter and the heating system was acting flaky and not running as expected. This was a new system, so I called for help. The cheery voice was a great welcome. Since all the techs were assigned and working, I was told someone would be here around 3:00 pm and I'd be texted when he was on the way. Surprise! Text alerted me that Daniel Carrillo was on his way. It was about 1:30. He started working in the attic and 15 minutes later another tech, Adam Mc Crary, arrived to assist!!! I knew Daniel and asked him to change the filter which he gladly accomplished. After about an hour of testing, the problem was isolated. They took time to inform me exactly what they thought the problem was, but their test device device was broken. The system was operational and I was told another tech would arrive the following day with the diagnostic tool needed to conclude the testing. Unbelievably, tech #3, whose name I can't remember, arrived later in the afternoon. He thoroughly retested everything and used his working diagnostic tool. It took about an hour. When he came down he took time to succinctly explain exactly what he was checking, including the ducting pressure. He adjusted the fan speed and other elements. We were up 100%. What's most important to know is that the company installed a complete new HVAC system a few months before. Compared to other companies we contacted, the price was more than fair; well below everyone else. We were promised a year of no cost support, and we got that in Spades. Do Not Hesitate to call this company for help or to purchase a new system. There is no B.S. involved at any level. You will absolutely get the best professional support possible. We also love the wonderful office staff. They make things happen...

Highly recommend Daniel!!! He has come out a couple times to repair and service our AC unit. He is always on time and very professional. He is fast and efficient and gets the problem resolved quickly!

He made recommendations and not sales pitches. We’ve used Texas Total Comfort Systems for over a decade and will continue to do so.
Daniel installed our system and was very helpful as to the way it worked. Comes to service unit and makes us aware any problems and what to do. Very satisified.
Having trouble with the heat pump on a above ground pool is not working.. Adam is great! When he comes out, he explains everything… They also installed my new air-conditioning system a few years ago. I wouldn’t want to use anybody else. The Best in Texas!!!
I arrived home after 2 wks from traveling and found my air conditioniingy system not working, on a Sunday afternoon!!! I called and an emergency technician arrived, to find it was the thermostat, and found it was under warranty, so wll be replaced. Service call was expensive $165, and it seems after replacement warranty, some charges may also be billed. Adam was great, professional and explained the service details and charges
This was not my first experience with them nor will it be my last! Responsive, reliable, reasonable, reputable service!

I use this company for my maintenance of my AC system. This time I had a cooling issue and as ususal service was prompt and satisfactory. The technician Mark was very professional and explained everything to me. He fixed the issue immediately and all is cooling well in the house now.

Ricky and his team did an awesome job to replace our dying 22 year old A/C system in a expeditious manner. Sara provided us with a variety of estimates to replace the system within a day and answered all our questions. On the day of replacement Ricky and his team came out and professionally removed our old system and installed a Daikin system and got us up and running in the middle of crazy Texas heat. Thanks so much Brother Cox and team!
