Had to wait days for service so I found someone else
Tuve la mala suerte de adquirir servicio con ello por medio de un seguro que adquiero en mi compañía de luz y no repararon nada, nos dejaron esperando por 3 días sin aire hicieron ellos cita a una hora y llame por que no llegaron y me dicen a es que tenemos mucho trabajo no van a poder ya que había pasado la cita, más aparte nos decían que teníamos que esperar una semana más. Al último mi esposo hiso la compostura del aire sin ningún conocimiento de este tema ya no podíamos esperar otra noche mas con calor y ellos Nadmas cobraron la chacado y ya no regresaron hacer la compostura. Pasamos muy mala esperiencia con esta compañía.
We had our American Standard air conditioner installed by Mr. Elizondo, he is very professional and knows what he is doing. We highly recommend him and his company Horizon AC and Refrigeration. We had our share of bad experiences with other AC companies and we would never go back to save a buck or two.
Called them to schedule a service call they gave me a set date and that it would be after 5 therfore I waited nobody ever showed up or called me. I called again no answer.

Good experience, Had an American Standard Unit installed and has worked outstanding. Homero Elizondo is very polite and knowledgeable. Noticed I pay less on my electric bill.

Awesome service! Great price and Great products. Swapped my a/c unit to the one he recommended and never had a problem ever since. I had the system now for about a year, without issues. Highly recommend Horizon A/C and Homero.
I had a problem with my original install by another local company. After numerous complaints with original install company, I ended up going to the manufacturer American Standard who hired Horizon AC and Refrigeration to inspect my AC. Homero Elizondo is an expert at what he does. He was right on the problem and together with American Standard they accomplished and solved a problem I had for basically since the original install. I have never seen 2 companies step up like AMERICAN STANDARD and HORIZON AC AND REFRIGERATION. Homero Elizondo-Horizon AC and Refrigeration and David Esquivel and Jimmy Davis - American Standard, YOUR THE BEST. I highly recommend Horizon AC and Refrigeration. My regret is not hiring them from the start. They will continue to service my AC twice per year. Wishing them nothing but the Best! Martha

Eric Dyer, there’s another company close to Midland named Horizon Heating and Air Conditioning, they are not the same company as Horizon A/C and Refrigeration, we (Horizon A/C) don’t service the Midland area, we only service the RGV, Rio Grande Valley. We would appreciate if you could edit your review as we work extremely hard to have our customers satisfied. Thank you!
We live in Midland and our AC went out a month ago. Home warranty connected us with these jokers. After having the parts for 2 weeks and waiting until the day our appointment was supposed to be. Called in to see where on the list we were and was told that we didn't have an appointment and it would be another week before they can even get it fixed. When questioned the lady on the phone blew off the fact we had gotten an appointment confirmation through Home Warranty. Do not use these people. they obviously forgot what customer service is.
After paying our co pay. I’ve kept calling the company and even sent an email and no response. How can a company not answer the calls. I spent a whole day calling . Very upsetting. I just gave up and went with a different competitor.
Homero replaced the air conditioning unit on our second floor that was giving us much trouble. His price was more than affordable that other other companies and he deftly handled the purchase of a great unit. He responds to phone calls immediately and schedules the work at customer's convenience. If you ever need a great air conditioning contractor, don't hesitate and call him!
