It was a really bad experience. I was looking for some unistrut and some other things but the guy there tell me that he dont know what I was looking for. I has to wait for a truck driver and ask him thanks gad that truck driver know what and where they have what I was looking for if not my last option was to find another store because that guy just dont care. If you know the exact name of everything you looking for go ahead and go there but if you are not 200% of the names of what you looking for you better dont go there to loose your time

Since Ashley took over being the manager I couldn't be more happier to shop at Universal Supply. Products are always in stock and if they don't carry something you need they will make sure they get it in for you. Customer service here is important and you can really tell from the people who work here.
