Daylon was so friendly and efficient! He fixed our issue and took the time to thoroughly explain what was wrong. Excellent service all around!
These guys messed with my hvac unit. They used two different refrigerants in our hvac unit during a warranty request. and the home is not cooling properly . I came to know about this only when an other technician came out to the home and identiied the issue. When I asked Airtron to fix it, they are saying I am no longer in warranty and asking me to pay for the mess they created. 100% does not recommend.
The tech, Daylen was extremely knowledgeable and helped me to understand the nature of the problem and the appropriate repair needed.

Had a service call for airflow problems. Airtron's service tech, Keenan Ford, was fast, professional, and fixed our problem with no disruptions. Very happy.
I was the on-site contact person for my condo community's twelve common area HVAC units.
Overall, good quality, very detailed with what the tech did, and with every detail regarding the levels of every piece of equipment he tested to make sure it was working correctly. The only issue I have is the tech was not super careful with carrying the ladder around, and when, carrying the ladder up my staircase, hit the wall, and left a mark with his ladder.
Daylon was super personable and professional. He was able to find our leak and repair it in no time. Would recommend Daylon for anything HVAC related.
Daylon Murphy did a great job! He helped me figure out my system issues. Very knowledgeable on the system, and figured out what the problem was. He even showed me how to solve the hot bedrooms issue that I just caulked up as something that I would have to deal with. He is definitely a great asset for Airtran. I would like to have him back to work on system whenever I have any problems.
There were some loose electrical connections in my new home which the technician located and fixed. He was very nice, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer my questions about the system. Thanks for the help Daylon!
Technician was knowledgeable and friendly he determined the problem quickly but still did a thorough check over of the thermostat and vents.
UPDATE: Received a call from Airtron apologizing for the experience and that they were going to send their top end specialists/overseers to personally come and resolve any issues. They got us scheduled quickly, showed up on time, were very apologetic, heard us out on our experience, brought tools and gear to provide fixes, and were very nice. They explained a lot about the process that was helpful for me to know for now and for the winter season. They adjusted things and gave their work cells so I could keep them updated if things improved or not. And they would come out as many times as it took to fix the problem. Very thankful that there are still people that care. Thank you, Tim and Chris! ------------------------- DON'T USE!! COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!! Our new house has not be heating and cooling evenly. One side of the house is 12 degrees cooler than the other. It is still under warranty, so our warranty agent scheduled Airtron to come look. The service guy that came was 1.5 hour AFTER his 8-10am booking window. No call. No apologies. Came in reeking of smoke. He didn't test anything. Didn't have any temp read tools. Walked around the house. Said maybe we should change the registers. I told him about another issue we had with the HVAC system and he said it wasn't his problem. An electrician needed to take care of that! After a total of about 8 minutes, he left. He said they would "order" some registers for us to see if that helped and they would call us to install. Terrible experience. A month goes by, 2 months, no call. So I reach out to our builder warranty agent, and he said he called AirTron, and they "said" they had tried to call both myself and my husband, which is simply a LIE. Neither of us never received a call from them. We both checked through our entire call log and voicemails. Nothing. Our warranty agent got us scheduled for a month. The day before our appt, I hadn't heard anything, so I called AirTron to just confirm they were still coming a
