Our air conditioning went out ant the repairman was very prompt and quickly found the problem
Stellar from beginning to the end! Jeff, in sales was excellent presenting my options, price and warranty. Installation team was very courteous and explained the process to me. The warranty included with Russell and Abbott is far above the rest! Installation took place much quicker than I would have imagined. The team even brought two portable a/c units to keep us comfortable for the day.
Hayden is a wonderful service technician. He was friendly, professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. He identified and took care of our problem quickly.

Just had Russell and Abbott replace my 16 year old heat pump. The guys here are amazing to work with. Jeff helped me pick out the right options that best suited our needs. Jeff also went above and was able to answer all of my questions. We decided to go with their Onyx system. After meeting with several different company’s they could not come to close to what Russell and Abbott are doing. 10 years of warranty and 10 years of maintenance. The team that arrived did an amazing job fitting the new unit to my ductwork. Augie, Taylor, Aaron, and John did a great job fabricating a new dog house. I can not say enough great things about this company and I am looking forward to working with them in the future.
Russell and Abbott recently performed the semi-annual maintenance of our HVAC system. The technicians were friendly and professional in all their work. They found some issues with our system that needed to be addressed and, in each case, clearly explained the issue and its consequences and gave us options to deal with those issues and the cost of each option. We will continue to use R&A as our HVAC support company.
Had them install a new HVAC system 2 years ago. We have had an all around great experience, they have excellent customer service and they are very quick to get any problem fixed.
Thai company swears they are about core vales but when you are honest they don't like you anymore and syou out of thr scheming please

We used Russell and Abbott to get a repair quote for a small leak on our AC condenser unit. While the tech and everyone we dealt with was absolutely fantastic, the quote that we received was outrageous. We were quoted $2600- after the discount for purchasing their gold service plan. After some research we found that this should be more like and $500-$1000 repair. We ended up getting a second opinion and paid $800 for the repair. I totally understand that different companies have different overhead cost and different labor rates. But there should not be that huge of a difference for a simple repair. I definitely felt like we were quoted that in hopes that we would replace the unit being that it’s 8-9 years old.
The two technicians were amazing and seem to know their job well. I was explained my unit's problem and what was needed to resolve it. The two technicians completed the work on my and it didn't take them long. The two get an A+ from me.
Tech was prompt, polite and very knowledgeable. James will always be welcome in my home. This company bends over backwards to try and accommodate their customers
Very professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and honest. I highly recommend Russell and Abbott as the experts in the HVAC field. They noticed issues quickly when doing an estimate on replacement of the furnace and central ac that no other company caught, but those companies did acknowledge and agree with Russell and Abbott's findings after being asked about it. Would have been a big problem and very dangerous if not found and corrected.
