Elijah arrived when he said, was friendly and very professional. He made useful suggestions, explained why and did not pressure. I hope he comes back on our recurring maintenance plan. Very good company in my book.

I was first impressed by the estimator. He did a complete analysis of our residency and found that the original HVAC unit installed when we built our house was oversized. Was concerned that the unit he recommended would not be able to handle the hot humid summer days - we had at least 6 days since the new unit has been installed and the unit actually runs less than the old one. As for the installation again very impressed with their professional manner that the installation was accomplished and clean-up.

I was very impressed with Cameron at our annual HVAC inspection. He was very knowledgeable and well trained about HVACs. He went out of his way to explain everything he did to maintain our unit. Even noticed that my husband had put the filter in upside down :-) and told me they make a "ghostbusters" type of water tank (worn on their backs) for clients whose homes don't have access to water to help clean the unit. That was great news -- since our HVAC sits on top of a four story building where the contractor forgot to add a water outlet. He promised to make sure the water pack was used at next year's visit. We've been very happy with the Bryant brand HVAC over the past few years. And we were also happy with the plumber who recently had to snake a stubborn clog in our kitchen sink. It's quite a job, as the hose must be run more than 25 feet down from our sink since we are on the 4th floor of a downtown residential meeting. Glad that A/L heating and air have branched out into plumbing now.
