Who expects the 3yo A/C to die on the 4th of July? It was a nightmare by noon and getting hotter. Roger L Newman to the rescue: got right to work, identified the faulty part, and we were back up and cooling down in no time. Best decision to call and not wait for regular business hours.

Upstairs unit was out on a holiday weekend. Was expecting a day or two delay but the repairman arrived in 6 minutes and within 20 minutes we had cold air again
The technician came on time and inspected the unit asked me questions abouthow often ai changed the filter and checcked the temperature coming out of the vent in the house. He told me my unit was in good shape and no repairs needed. I appreciated his honesty and the price was reasonable also. I eill use them again.
We had a heat pump installed. The guys were prompt and professional. Not intrusive at all, they managed to keep it relatively quiet considering the work they were doing. When they left they cleaned up so well it was like they were never here. And the equipment works great.
It was gonna be 90° this weekend on Fourth of July and I got somebody out the very next day!! awesome experience so grateful

They were on time, professional, and worked quickly. Both technicians were knowledgeable and readily answered my questions and provided information. Additionally, they were kind and playful with my curious pups. The price was very competitive, better than many other quotes I had gotten. Most importantly, the AC unit works great! My house stays cool and comfortable. Thanks for a great experience!

Called at 9:00 and they scheduled repair between 1 and 3 with repairman to call in advance. Dalton called at 10:40 and asked if he could come at 11:00. He quickly identified the problem and had it fixed in 20 minutes.
Called and they came out quickly and got out AC running! Repair man was very nice! Will be using them again!

I have used Roger L. Newman Co.for several years at our vacation home for HVAC issues and maintenance. I am always impressed with their office staff and technicians. Very professional, always on time and reliable, very knowledgeable. Yesterday, Dalton was my technician, as A.C. had stopped cooling. He found the issue within minutes, had the parts for repair on his truck and my A.C. was back up and running in a very short time. He was excellent. I would highly recommend this company. Btw..our home is fairly remote in the mountains, but they never hesitate to come out and are always on time.
