Technician was courteous and extremely professional. I signed up for the yearly plumbing and HVAC maintenance plan. He examined all of the plumbing and faucets - inside and out and checked the air pressure.. I was very pleased with his demeanor and helpfulness!
Technician came within the time limit and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it(had everything he needed in his truck)
The technician came out quickly and called 15 minutes prior to arrival. Replaced my thermostat and checked my a/c. Done in less than 30 minutes.
Replace and/or Repaired my wall sockets. Checked out my breaker box to see if anything needed to be replaced or repaired My electrical technician was Stephen and I loved his professionalism as well as how knowledgeable he was by informing me in deep detail everything that was being done in my home. Hiller has been great so far. We joined the HH club last year and have been pleased with each visit. All of their tradesmen have been very professional and proficient.
Hiller plumber quickly identified and replaced my cracked p-trap and patiently answered all my questions concerning the problem. I used Hiller plumber because I previously used one of their electricians and was very satisfied with the outcome.
The technician was very courteous and very knowledgeable in the sense of having the ability to explain in detail about the problem and then the solution. On time and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with their service. The price was very reasonable and affordable especially in the current economic times ! I would recommend Hiller to anyone who needs plumbing service.
I had a routine AC maintenance at 10:00am today. This was scheduled in advance of the power outage due to storms. My AC was working just fine before the arrival of the tech today.. Got home and my AC ISN'T working AT ALL! No cool air. No one can be here until after 9pm tonight and my house is hot AGAIN after being without power for two and one half days. This is SO FRUSTRATING!
Hiller has always been quick to get out to us. We have used them for all sorts of things and are very happy customers. Tony did a fantastic job when he came out!
Called at about 8 am. They were there and finished fixing my a/c and had me cooling by 10am. Thank you so much!

We really have never had a bad experience. This technician was especially helpful in understanding the value of having a monthly plan.
Drain pipe issue: Chris was VERY professional snd informative. He explained the issue clearly, allowing us to ask questions snd understand. He was polite snd respectful and performed his task with care snd efficiency.
David did an incredible job finding the Freon leak and educating us on the importance of regular cleaning and maintenance. He actually took us outside and *showed us* the unit, how it works and impending damage that came be cause by not keeping it clean. Eye opening and so very appreciated.
Requested maintenance call weeks and weeks ago. There was a certain technician with whom we had bonded. The request was written in big letters that said do not send another technician. If this tech is unavailable, I will gladly reschedule. The doorbell rings and this technician I’ve never seen or do not know is the one they have sent. I went ahead and allowed the service, but this says a whole lot about the happy Hiller experience. I’m certainly not happy. Thursday I requested a call from a manager and have patiently waited with no response as of this date. We have at least 8 or 9 companies in Memphis that provide the same service. Makes me wonder, what has happened to Hiller?
We've used them twice now. They installed a new hvac unit about 2 yrs ago and we had them clean our venting system. They've always done a good job and have been quick and efficient.
Chris found the problem quickly. He was very personable and knowledgeable.
Took the time to fix the issue correctly. Gave me the information as he worked on each issue. Took the time to upgrade the plastic internal piece with a copper piece.
The technician was great, he was informative and fast...water was off less than 30 mins.
