TJ and the rest of the team were great! They replaced the coil in my upstairs A/C unit and it fixed the issue caused by another HVAC company. I highly recommend this company to get the job done right.

This was my first and last business with the company. I knew my system needs more refrigerant due to some leak. While the representative was so nice, he did not even know that my system works with R22 and not R410. So, if I was not there, he was about to charge a R22 system with R410 and damage the whole system. Then, they quoted me with $263 / lb. of R22 refrigerant which is ridiculously high, while others charge with less than half of this price!!
My first experience with this company was through my Dad and his AC/H installation. He was very pleased with the work and had seasonal inspections for 5 years after his work was done. The technicians and schedulers were always very kind, friendly, and efficient. At the time, we had a home warranty, which covered our system. When we needed service, it was often several weeks before we could get an appointment. Due to this, we chose not to renew the warranty. We always had seasonal inspections, and on the off chance that Comfort Dynamics serviced our area, I called them. They not only covered our area, they came the next day. They successfully nursed our aging system for four years. When it was time to replace the upstairs and downstairs units, they gave us a fair price and a discount. The work was scheduled on a Saturday to make sure that we didn't get uncomfortable and finished the next Monday. Work areas were cleaned, and old equipment was removed. Minor cliches were seen to quickly. Overall, I am pleased with the responsiveness of this company and their Prime membership services, which covers not only the AC/H system but electrical and plumbing systems as well.
We signed up for the comfort care club after our old HVAC company kept increasing their prices. Signup was easy, we were able to schedule our maintenance quickly, and they were in communication throughout the leadup to our appointment . Jimeal came to service our systems and called to let us know he was on the way, and arrived promptly on time. He took time to inspect, test and clean our systems thoroughly. He explained what he was doing, answered our questions and went over the results with us. Jimeal was extremely helpful, professional and friendly. We are very happy with our switch to Comfort Dynamics.
Francis and Omar were both prompt and very professional. They both kept me updated the whole process! Definitely recommend this company.
Trey and Davinci installed a tankless water heater for us, and they were very professional and enthusiastic on the job. Trey comprehensively walked us through the entire process. The whole team made sure that everything was in working order. We are really enjoying the new water heater!
Omar Jabar was professional and mannerable, two assets I like. He represented Comfort Dynamics most admirably, resolving my AC issues quickly and to my satisfaction. I will use them again.

I've used Comfort Dynamics for the last 13 years for my preventative maintenance on my heat pump. They have always been there for me night or day, holidays, or weekends with any questions or concerns. And when the recent tornado damaged my heat pump, Gunner got it diagnosed quickly for my insurance company so that I could have it replaced. 😁 Comfort Dynamics can not be beat when it comes to honesty, professionalism, and compassion! Just moved in to a new home and have needed a good bit of plumbing work done. Our first contact was Trey Martin. From our first interaction, Trey was knowledgeable and very kind. His demeanor told you right off the bat that he was excited to do the job and do the job well. While I didn’t catch his coworkers name, I’d like to also express his professionalism and friendliness. Both gentlemen took time to explain the issue and answer any and all of our questions in a very friendly, conversational way. Before making any major changes they would verify and communicate the problem and solution. They were flexible in working on my schedule and even stayed a few hours late to finish the final steps, rather than coming back in the morning. The issue was resolved and the area they worked in was put back and cleaned to the best of their ability. Also, there’s a 90 day warranty for the section they repaired, so if I have any issues, they’ll fix it with no charge. I highly recommend using them for any of your plumbing needs. While I haven’t used them for HVAC issues yet, I can only imagine the quality of service if they are hiring servicemen like Trey and his coworker. Thank you for your hard work. We will be using your service in the future and recommending it to anyone who needs it!

On time. professional & friendly. Job ended up with extra work due to previous PMs help not doing all required. I have 3 units. Two of them required parts due to no one else fault. had to go buy. Parts have gone UP. $200+ ea. awaiting my receipt. mr cooper highly recommened. I want him again.

Comfort Dynamics installed a ductless mini-split for us. The estimate and installation team was courteous, respectful, and efficient. They wore masks, feet coverings, and even laid down their own protective floor covering to protect our home during the project, which took about 4 hours. Would happily hire again for our next HVAC project. 5 STARS!
