I have been using Watkins Heating and Air for years! Literally ten years or more. They are amazing to work with.
My heat pump went out and they got me scheduled for the following day - I was expecting a few days at least until they could get out here. Fixed it the same day. Fair and honest company. Great folks all around!
They are the kindest and most patient people. They helped my mom during the heat wave and my brother and I needed to replace the system for her. They explained everything and did all they could before we had to finally just replace it. They're even going to check that her heating system is good once fall arrives. They are truly good people and remind you that there is still great customer service out there.

I've used their services now 2xs, both of course, in the middle of summer, ugh! Both times they came out to my residence with same day service and all in one same day repair. They didn't have to wait on a part either, they left for what they thought would take an hour, but only took maybe 10 mins returned with part in hand, repl part and repaired unit and cleaned up unit and unclogged pvc and gave me some tips on how to keep pvc cleaned out thru out the yr and didn't leave a mess either! Very reliable, very dependable very courteous ppl, hard working with reasonable rates especially for the fact that they arrived same day request was made and fixed prob all in that same day! After having a bad experience with an individual off of Craigslist, being a woman, who really didn't know anything about air conditioning and who to call, I was lucky enough to come across Watkin's heating & air. Sharon reassured me that they are very knowledgeable and trustworthy people. Not only did they show up the same day, But LeWayne made sure I knew what was going on and what needed to be fixed. I am truly satisfied and will forever praise this company! They are professional and honest!! Thank you for all your help!!!!! I will continue singing you guys praises! Watkins Heating and Air Services arrived quickly after our furnace failed (cracked heat exchanger), and replaced our entire HVAC system in a timely and cost effective manner. We are very pleased with their work.
