Our warranty company assigned Performance Heating and Air on 5/4 originally. The gentleman came out and said nothing was wrong. As the temperature in our house began to rise again, we had a recall issued on 5/10. We were told there would be a wait as our unit was still not completely out, and customers completely out of an ac would need to be serviced first. Understandable. We had been without a fully functioning ac over a month. After 6 weeks, we began calling performance as well as our warranty company. We could never reach performance. Instead, for weeks we’ve been told “please allow 24 hours for the contractor (Performance Heating and Air) to respond to us”. Now, after 7 weeks we’ve had zero form of communication. Our warranty company ended up sending our work order to a different provider. Now, we’re stuck having to start all over. I had extremely high hopes for this company as would anyone looking at their reviews. Here’s a different opinion, sadly.

Performance Air was great! I truly appreciated their response time and professionalism. Christian responded to my calls promptly. He came out diagnosed and repaired my furnace issue within 24 hours of my initial call. He explained everything clearly and concisely. I would highly recommend using Performance Air HVAC LLC to anyone.

This is a very professional AC company. The representative came out fixed the coil pack drain the unit replaced the freon and the price was very reasonable. He did this work within 24 hours. I highly recommend everyone to use this company because they are very efficient knowledgeable and on time
I receive superb service from Performance Air HVAC. My service provider (Irving)was polite, punctual, and professional. He had a vast knowledge on how my system operated and was able to relay it to me in laymans term. His dedication to his profession clearly presented by his work ethics.
Performance Air did an amazing job on our system replacement last week. They were extremely professional, reasonably priced, and did great work. Their technicians cleanup well once finished and too proper precautions to protect our home. I would use them without a second thought.
We had a great experience with Christian at Performance Air. He came out quick and diagnosed my original HVAC unit issue. First he let us know the best route and we didn’t listen at first. After spending money we shouldn’t have. I called him back about a half a year later if he would work with us on installing a whole new HVAC unit. We agreed on a price and he completed the job within 2 days. I would highly recommend and we would certainly use again. We are very grateful and appreciative.
Would definitely recommend these guys!! Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They were able to locate the leak, fix the pipe, and refill freon all within a couple of hours. Will definitely be contacting them for an annual maintenance contract.
Great work, professional. Have had 5 companies come out to "repair" my hvac. All of them showed up looked at it for a few seconds said that needed something that didnt have on them at the time and left then never returned. This company came out found the problem within minutes repaired it and it was back up and running.
This company was wonderful. They came out on a Saturday at the last minute and got my heat going until they could order the part they needed. Christian and Irving were great. Very pleased.

Christian and his team were wonderful, I was given information on my old unit that was never explained with prior repair companies. Pictures were taken, to explain issues, I was having. Our unit was replaced with a 4 ton unit, air handler and new thermostat. They were very efficient, answered all our questions. Look no further for a heating and air company, this is a great company
I will definitely use this company for all HVAC work in the future. It seems impossible to get any skilled work done in a timely manner these days and these guys had to come out several times due to a related electrical issue that had to be repaired by a licensed electrician. As soon as I let them know everything was ready for them, they were back out within 24 hours.
They were friendly, responsive and quick. They were open and honest about all costs and options. They do a great job and take pride in their work.
They were VERY responsive and communicated very well. Every step of the way, when they would be at my house, if they got tied up on a call. They were very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. FANTASTIC SERVICE!!!
