Easy to work with and did the job as agreed/planned
Mike is wonderful. Very professional, on time, knowledgeable. He doesn't pressure with sales-y tactics. He explains clearly any issue. I've used him personally and with many of my customers. Everytime I refer him to others, they call saying the exact same thing. Great company.
Fixed my Heat pump at a great price and we have cool air again!
From the first phone call, to the installation of our new unit, Mike was courteous, friendly and professional. He went above and beyond and even after the installing the new HVAC, he has come to my home to help fix some other minor issues. He climbed up on my roof, in the pouring down rain to wrap the roof vents with trash bags, cause they had rotted and were leaking. Then, once I purchased the proper materials to fix them, he came back and fixed them. He is honest and a man of integrity. If there were only more people like Mike, the world would be much better place.

I would highly suggest using this service because he literally saved me from having to purchase a system. I did not need that a competitor was trying to push me to buy. Extremely professional, courteous, showed up in a timely manner and did not overcharge me for unneeded parts or services. This will be my go to service provider going forward.
Mike is great always fast good service
I wish there was a 10 star rating for MyK Air because I would have given it to them! My A/C died; and unfortunately I had to have the entire HVAC system replaced. Mike came to my house, gave me an honest assessment and a fair price, and scheduled the installation. He was on time, professional, courteous, and explained everything about the new system and the warranty. He even came back after the date of service to check on things and make some adjustments. His team was done in less than 8 hours on the install, cleaned up everything (I can't even tell they were ever here). He even identified some mistakes that were done by the original installer... My system is cooling to the point I have to wear a blanket now if I set it at the "old" temperature I was using! I HIGHLY recommend this company, and I will never use another HVAC company other than Myk Air again! THANK YOU MIKE!

I highly recommend Myk Air LLC! Mike was very responsive and flexible with our schedule. He was super nice and very helpful as well. Mike was able to fix our AC problem quickly and charged us a very fair price compared to those big AC companies out there. Mike also was very trustworthy and told us to give him a call directly if any problems arise. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone out there with AC issues!

Prompt, thorough, and very reasonable. I chose Myk Air mainly because this summer my daughter had a baby ands the night she got home the AC was out and Mike came over and repaired it. Great service!

New home. First the AC wasn’t working well, Mike replaced a bad unit. Then as the fall arrived the separate heating system wasn’t working properly. Mike found that the heating system wasn’t wired correctly and straightened everything out for us. He’s very personable, professional, and responsive. Good, reliable small business person.
