Robert and Donell replaced my 26 year old TRANE A/C Furnace and Condensing unit (7 hours) removing the old unit and completing the system. They fabricated a new cylindrical supply-air plenum, with new duct connections and dampers on site, insulated and sealed it. They also provided a new internally insulated return-air plenum box and all new refrigerant piping tho the condenser. Their pricing for this work was 25%-30% less expensive than their closest competitor ( I received 5 quotes). I am a retired Architect and I highly recommend Absolute Comfort for your HVAC work.

Absolute Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning replaced two HVAC units at my residence. They gave us the best price and warranty on the installation. Their experienced technicians were courteous, punctual, and provided excellent customer service. Their honesty, integrity, and quality craftsmanship exemplifies their old fashioned values!
From initial proposal to installation Absolute was excellent. Alex who provided the proposal was professional and knowledgable. The proposal and pricing was very transparent on what we were paying for (various options), where we were getting discounts/rebates and delivered via a very user friendly link/app. The install crew was led by Robert who was professional and efficient. They were respectful and didn't leave a huge mess even though the replacement unit was not in the easiest of places to work (attic with low pitch). I would definitely recommend using Absolute and plan on using them to service our units going forward. If our impression of Absolute remains as positive as it is now, we are extremely likely to use them for our other unit when necessary.

They answered all of my questions and delivered a great product and service at a great price that beat all other quotes. Really appreciated the follow-up on questions and inspection. My 25 year old furnace finally bit the dust. I called Absolute Comfort initially as a 2nd opinion to confirm what I already knew. Shane did a thorough inspection and confirmed the heat exchanger was completely rusted and was a carbon monoxide risk. Due to the age of the furnace and the accompanying 29 year-old A/C, I decided on a full replacement. Alex Determan came out and presented 6 options that included generous discounts. I was very pleased to see the price range included the number I had in mind right in the middle. I picked a Trane system on the higher end of the spectrum. Alex got the order placed and Rob started work first thing in the morning 2 days later. Everything was working great just in time for the cold snap that came over the following weekend. My initial impression of Absolute Comfort was formed 3 years earlier when my local business was renewing its lease. The landlord sent Absolute Comfort out to evaluate the HVAC system to determine the life of the aging system. Rather than try to sell unneeded services, the technician was to the point and provided exactly what was needed. We have dealt with so many local companies that are ALWAYS trying to upsell every time they provide a service. It was truly refreshing to deal with Absolute Comfort.
After an initial misunderstanding of what I needed serviced with my HVAC system, they came back out and did the additional work at no additional cost. I appreciated how prompt they were in getting out there, since my timeline was limited, because I was selling my townhouse.

I have had a great experience each time I’ve used this company. They’re honest and extremely accommodating. They even came to my house on a Sunday morning to fix my system! They have also replaced my system and I’m extremely pleased with both the service and price. I highly recommend this company and will continue to use them myself.
They installed brand new HVAC systems today and finished very quickly, making sure everything was tuned perfectly. The installers were so professional and very helpful, answering all my questions and cleaning up everything when they were finished. They helped me set up the thermostat and the phone app too. I had an emergency and was able to get a quote immediately for the best options (not the most expensive, but the best for what I need, explained so I could understand and make the best choice), and they even helped me with a portable unit until the new system arrived. Completely satisfied and highly recommend.
Absolute Comfort installed 2 new Trane variable speed AC/furnace units at our residence along with new smart thermostats. They were very prompt to give estimates and to arrive for the installations. Quality of the work was top notch. Minor issues with our earlier units were corrected with the new installation at no extra cost. There was no damage to our property and they cleaned up well after completion.
Incredibly responsive, caring, technician was knowledgeable and respectful to our home by wearing shoe coverings and took them off and on each time he came and went out of the house. Our neighbors must have been having issues with their system too- the competitor company had TWO trucks there to take care of their repair (somebody’s paying for the use of two trucks!). Absolute Comfort knocked it out of the park with only ONE truck, timely and we are absolutely comfortable! High Five Absolute Comfort Team!!

We knew we needed to replace our furnace and wanted a Trane. I got two quotes. Alex was out within a day of our call. He was knowledgeable. He told us the system we had was oversized and we should get a 4 ton instead of 5 ton. Installation was done quickly and efficiently. Ton for ton he was over $1500 cheaper than the other quote and with the change in size, we saved over $4000.

I had a new HVAC installed today and I am very satisfied with everything! My initial Consultation with Alex was very professional and smooth! He did not try to bamboozle me with unnecessary sales pitches, he knew exactly what was appropriate for our house at a reasonable price too! He ensured we were kept cool for two days till our installation date which was truly appreciated. Absolute Comfort installed a new Trane heatpump for us. Alex D. was our sales person and he was knowledgable and professional in helping us select the best unit for our situation. He educated us without the pushy scare tactics other companies we contacted used and gave us a fair price. We felt confident making a choice from the options he gave us.
