Good morning Mr Parker this is Jill Smith from Lancaster SC your company did some work for me and I wanted to tell you "I bet Duke Energy hates you", because since you serviced my home I have saved roughly $30.00 a month on my electric bill!!!!! I think a part of that savings is due to your crew finding and patching the hole in my duct work which I would of never known was there. Just wanted to thank you again as I feel your company goes above and beyond most, to serve your customers and unlike many other companies, your company pays attention to details no matter how big or small along with explaining in detail my options and results. Danny and crew were timely, friendly, and thorough with their work. The job was completed quickly and our problem was solved! The office staff is also very helpful and responsive. I’d recommend Parker Heating & Air Conditioning to anyone!

For three years we have lived in a 14-year old property and had Parker Heating & Air clean the duct work and dryer vent since we had no idea how much cleaning had been performed prior to our ownership. We were shocked at how much dust and other residue the technician removed and now sleep easier knowing that (1) the potential of a dryer vent fire is no longer on our list of homeowner concerns and (2) the air we breathe is cleaner and more friendly to our respiratory systems. Parker HVAC is a friendly family owned business with expert and genuinely nice technicians who are knowledgeable and trustworthy.
I am extremely pleased with Parker Heating & Air. They explained everything including the different options and cost. They answered every question I had. From the initial consultation to served rendered They were professional prompt polite understanding and willing to work with me and and my budget. Every step in the process was their goal to please the customer which they did so well I will be their customer for Life!

Fantastic experience start to finish. April made scheduling extremely easy, and Mr. Parker was upfront, honest, and personable. When the technicians came, absolutely great experience- told me what they were doing, why they were doing it, and how the problem started. Will be using Parker’s going forward.

We just bought a house one week after moving in all of the sudden our air and heat wasn’t working. We called Parker heating and air conditioning that morning they came out two hours later Logan knew exactly what was going on and was able to fix the problem!! Thank you
Parker HVAC installed my new system in 2018. They have performed the PM on the AC and furnace. Logan has been out to the house the most, and always takes the time to answer my questions and explain any options we have for repairs. Logan and Mr. Parker have given me honest feedback about the most cost effective path for repairs, and did not pressure me into a higher cost option. I feel like a family member anytime one of the team comes by to do work. We talk about how everything is going and anything new that might have happened in our lives.
Two years ago, Parker Heating installed our new HVAC unit. Including new duct work and adding vents. They balanced the air flows and we have been most pleased. They were most professional and though. We are very pleased with the quality of work and the annual services (spring and fall). Logan has been the service technician. Our experience has been nothing but good with all employees, especially Danny and Logan. experience and quality of service is with all has been very positive.

We have used Parker Heat & Air for years for minor repairs and replacement, as well as recurring maintenance. They are honest and hard working, and do not pressure you into high cost repairs or installations. We have NEVER felt the need to call around for options with them, and have always had a great experience.
Called Danny on Monday morning.. by lunchtime someone was out fixing the issue… grateful for dependable knowledgeable service. Problem solved and house cooled down within hours!!!
In a nutshell, Parker Heating & Air Conditioning makes my life easier. I met with Danny Parker when I was looking to change from my prior HVAC company due to poor service (which it was my responsibility to schedule at least 3 months in advance), and whose costs were high and just kept climbing. After meeting with Danny, I'm now using equipment tailored to my needs and I'm on a schedule each season that they are maintaining for consistent service. Logan has been servicing my equipment since I started and he's incredibly efficient and professional, along with just being an incredibly decent guy. If any issues arise, they can squeeze you in quickly. I do feel like my HVAC is now something I really don't have to think about ... which is how it should be. From my experience, I feel confident in saying Danny and Logan have exceptional customer service and support. It's comforting being so well cared for.
