My air went out after I got home from work and I called Elite she answered on the second ring. Corey came out in 30 minutes he was very nice and repaired my ac unit. I highly recommend this company.
Called for an AC not cooling. Thermostat was rising the whole 15 minutes they were here. Said it was important for an AC unit to keep a house under 75 when it's 90 degrees outside. $100 wasted.

Elite stepped in when Brothers dropped the ball and couldn't respond when our AC went out. Tommy came out and did a quick diagnosis then he and Rob helped us discover that Brothers had also failed to register the unit with the distributor when it was installed six years ago. All of my future business will go to Elite.
I’m very pleased with the installation of the Bosch inverter system for my finished basement. Those guys did a great job, they know their stuff! Very knowledgeable, experienced, and professional. Highly recommend!

I was impressed with the service that was provided to me. I had 2 other companies come out and see what was wrong with my AC. The service was less than par and needless to say they were unsuccessful. The technician from this company came to my home, listened to my story and fixes my AC unit. Will definitely recommend this company to others.
These guys did an excellent professional job with installing my new air unit within a days time. They made sure everything worked right and rearranged my unit for better service for me, my home and themselves. I wouldn't recommend any other company to use other than Elite. Corey does an excellent job when he comes to service my unit and explains what I need to look out for if I have any problems.

Chris did a great job at bringing my a/c up to the demands of summer. I joined the program that gives you 2 visits a year, 20% discount on parts, and priority service if I have problems. Makes sense to me. I initially learned about Elite through Neighborhood dot com. I am very glad that I switched service companies. They sent a reminder and also a text with a picture of the service technician. Thank you!
Had a great experience with Elite, even if my wallet feels like it got hit by a Mac truck! Their team came in and was able to install 2 new AC and heating units for my house and took about 5 hours! The technicians on site were able to answer all of my questions; and even entertained my kid's talent show! I also appreciate them for warning us about the HORRIBLE smell from the heating units getting turned on for the first time (apparently it has to burn off a wax coating?). I was able to prepare by opening doors and windows while also setting up fans to air out the house.
A/C unit upstairs stopped working yesterday. Called this morning and got a prompt response and appointment scheduled. Showed up 5 minutes early. Did a prompt diagnosis of the system and was able to explain to me what he did to fix it. Also signed up for maintenance plan to start getting regular maintenance on both systems. Would highly recommend!

Corey was understanding with my getting my dogs out and doing an online meeting while he was here! He was professional and very nice. He did my system maintenance. Then he checked to see if I needed duct cleaning as requested. He troubleshot a problem I was having and explained that. He also clearly explained and gave me a quote for future work that I had asked about. I would definitely recommend ELITE to my friends. Thank you, Corey!

Excellent service overall! They came the same day that I called (Sunday). Elite Air & Heat sent out Tommy who was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was very thorough about what he was doing and always offered the explanation of why he was doing it. I highly recommend this company!
