I've used Comfort Zone for several years now and have had them install 2 HVAC systems in 2 different houses. They also do annual maintenance on all systems for us. They are extremely dependable, always on time, and do excellent quality work. Highly recommend.

I built a house and looked for the best company, found out that was Comfort Zone. I wanted an upgrade so I talked to owner Jason Whitesell who recommended a system that would save me money and pay me back for what I paid. It did. This Sunday, 3 years after installation, a cold day with freezing temps in the forecast my unit shut down. I called Comfort Zone and got a call within a few minutes that the repair guy was going to be here in 40 minutes, and he was! Less than 10 minutes later Jason Whitesell the owner himself was at the door. They diagnosed the problem as being the digital thermostat and will return the next day to install a new one. A compointant they have no control over. They didn't make the darn thing! But wait, do I have to freeze to death No problem, Mr. Whitesell went to his truck and returned with a new heater still in the box. He set it up where I wanted it and it headed the room aided by my ceiling fan in a matter of minutes. They then worked on my gas fireplace unit & found the instructions and remote I had searched for for 3 years. Who knew they were underneath the unit behind a grill looked to be welded. Jason did I guess, he found it. They fired it up within minutes and I have just had to turn it off for awhile due to breaking into a sweat. Would I hire them all over again, If I need something, they are my go to HVAC Company. Trustworthy, professional and hometown people that will be there and fast because they are your neighbors. Those big out of town guys may or may not be around when you need them. And the ones that promise you this and that usually don't keep their promises. Why not just do what Comfort Zone does and tell you what they are going to do and for how much and do what they say. There's no better recommendation than someone hiring a company after they have proformed work many times before. Installation, maintenance, repair, & now another installation. You won't only have a dependable HVAC Company but good friends that will care
Extremely satisfied with the customer service and service rendered for getting our system working properly. They were very clean, cleaned area of work when completed and very respectful to me and my crazy animals lol ! I will definitely keep them in my contacts for any other services needed on my unit and will also recommend others to use them as well! Thank you so much!!
Technician was very thorough in diagnosis and explained the results carefully. He was very prompt in retrieving parts for repair along with pricing. He kept me informed during the repair process. Very professional.

The owners are great people and the employees are very friendly and professional. We have been getting all of our repairs done using them and we ended up replacing our entire system a little over a year ago. The work was quality and affordable. We recommend this company to anyone that needs help with heating and air issues. Great company and great service!!!

Five stars to Comfort Zone of the Carolinas! The old HVAC unit was 25years old, when it finally gave up. We were starting VBS at the church, the area without cold air was the dining hall. Jason brought the cavalry with him. They worked nonstop until the cold air was blowing and the dining hall was 74 degrees. They are the best of the best!
Everyone that worked with us was so incredible nice and genuine. We feel like we can trust them with any of our heating and cooling needs and questions. Always very helpful and responsive. I would 100% recommend using their services.
I called to get a quote for a system replacement. My call was returned very quickly. I got friendly, knowledgeable, no-pressure advice on my options. I quickly decided that I wanted to use Comfort Zone of the Carolinas for my new installation. The installation crew was on time, worked hard all day, and were very professional. Highly recommend!

Our thermostat wasn’t working so we called comfort zone and John came out within 10 minutes or less and fixed the problem promptly! Thanks comfort zone of the Carolina’s and technician John for keeping us cool!! We will always use comfort zone!!! Best in the business!!

They were very professional and honest. Brian was very knowledgeable and explained everything. My air broke on a Friday night. The company I had a service contact with never even called back. I am now getting a service contract through comfort zone. When I told Brian my mother was on oxygen, he was there in no time. Thank you so much for all y’all did to help and get my air going. I will be a customer for life!! This company is honest and did not over charge.
Arrived on time. The guy called when he was on the way. He figured out what was wrong gave me a price..Got the part and fixed it. So happy with his work.
