Received professional and excellent service from service person Lia Tuala. A/C equipment is operating very well. Thank you.
Very prompt and professional. Installed a completely new HVAC system including ducts in 2 days. Also cleaned everything up after finishing. They put a nice touch on their service by letting you know exactly what technician is coming out to perform services. You even get a photo of through text.
Lia provided 5 star service! She explained everything she did, made sure the system was operating correctly and answered all my questions. My dog liked her too. If she represents TemperaturePro, I highly recommend them! You have a return customer for life.
We were very pleased by the service we received from Temperature Pro. Our technician Lia was very professional and thorough and diagnosed the problem and repaired it as well as servicing our units. Came when they said and cleaned up after.
Cody, our technician, was knowledgeable and efficient. He was on time and polite and helpful in helping us understand the issue with our AC. He walked in and figured out the problem in 2 minutes. (No one else ever could!) Only wish we had him service here years ago! (The scheduler Melissa was also terrific). Thrilled with this company!
