John Nagy is AMAZING!!! He came to my mother's house and was very informative and upfront via the phone with me as to what the issue was with her unit. He was prompt and efficient and nice. All that you can ask for with customer service and patience as well. He is coming back to finish the job and the turnaround time was impeccable. If you are able to get John to be your tech you are in great hands! Thanks again John!

By far the best service from Rudd!!! From Hailey that made our appointment to Travis the tech that came out to fixed the clog that was in our garbage disposal. He was not just on time but EARLY! He had to put some muscle to get the clog out but he succeeded and it only took 20-30mins. He was sweet to my wild 6 year old twins and let them watch as he fixed the disposal. So thankful for Rudd! We’ll never go anywhere else.
The guy who came was so nice and he answered all my questions. This was my first yime using this company cause my old company closed and he recommended Rudd. I am glad he did!!!

We are so impressed with the approach RUDD is taking to resolve our HVAC problems. Brent spent many hours today going over every inch of our system . Looking forward to continuing to work together to get the answers needed for our system to finally work properly.
