I called for A/C service for my business and spoke with Kelly. She was very professional and told me they could have someone out to take a look at our system THE NEXT DAY! She said they would arrive at 10:30a. The next day, at 10:28a, they roll into the parking lot. Already off to a good start. Justin and Johnathan were the technicians who came. They came into the building and introduced themselves. Very professional and friendly. They got to work right away. I mentioned to them that we had another company come out and "service the a/c" but the a/c stopped working about a month later. Justin, in my opinion, went the extra mile and climbed up in the ceiling and found a damaged wire that was causing an intermittent issue with the a/c unit. He repaired the wiring and recharged the system. Less than an hour and these guys were in and out. I could not be more impressed. I will recommend these folks to family and friends with confidence.
Glen and Kelly have the most professional and expert team out there. Justin is always very clean, polite and professional. I’ll always call on them when I need HVAC help!
Called on New Year’s Eve because our furnace was blowing cold air. They said they would be here between 3 and 5. They showed up at 3 and got the furnace running. The two techs were professional, courtesy, and explained what they did which I appreciated. I hope I don’t have to call again but if I do I’ll call them again. Thank you.

Experienced an A/C issue, Glenn came to the house first thing in the morning, diagnosed and repaired the issue immediately! Great service, highly recommended!

They came the day I called. Did the diagnostic and fix the problem immediately. Service was almost instant and fairly priced. Will call them next year for maintenance.
I have been having issues with my a/c, another company assisted me but I called for a check up and assistance with cooling issues and they never called back. I contacted Keller heating and Air, I asked for a better system for my home . Justin walked me through potential options. I got a quick turnaround on a quote and after accepting the offer we scheduled a date for installation. Justin and Ethan arrived early with masks on, and shoes covered. I was given an explanation of the job and expected time of completion. True to their word they finished on time. The owner of the company Glenn stopped by as well . They were efficient, courteous and all business. Justin gave us a tutorial on programming the thermostats (twice). We look forward to cool summers and warm winters! Thanks

I was unable to get an ESTIMATE for work I wanted done BEFORE being approved by my HOA. This is insane. I would get it approved before asking this company to do the work- but to not be able to even give me an estimate is questionable to me.
I trust them.
I've had Keller out a couple of times and have always appreciated their friendly, professional services. It's very important to me to trust that the recommended service is both necessary and reasonably priced, and I get that with Keller. Will definitely do business with them again!
I could not be Happier with the work done to repair and resurrect my A/C! They were on time (even a bit early), asked a few questions and went right to work. After diagnosing the problem(s), they gave me costs for the repairs before starting, so there were no "surprises" at the end. Within a short time the work was complete and I could begin to cool off. Keller Heating and Air will definitely be on my list to call for any future A/C needs, including getting a new system.
I have been a customer for several years. Just had one of our furnace and AC units totally replaced. As usual, Keller did a great job and kept us informed at every step. At one point, their tech openly said - "let me check again, I think I connected a wire incorrectly". He checked and repaired fixed immediately. I like honesty. We are totally satisfied and highly recommend Keller Heating and Air.
Called Glenn over a holiday weekend at 8pm and he called me back at 7:30am the next morning. Was at my home by 8am fixing the problem. Explained everything to me so I knew what the problem was! Great service and my AC is working wonderfully now!
Keller Heating and Air are our new goto heating and air place. They are top notch. Glen was awesome and I trust him. Our ac unit was not working and Glen was on time, fixed it and actually noticed a capacitor wasnt up to par and fixed that too. Other HVAC companies seem like they are out to make a quick buck and move on. Glen is there to do the job right at a fair price. Thanks Glen and family. We will definitely use you again. Thanks

I called Keller for a second opinion. The first company was vague with the "you have a leak" and quoted me 1-2K $ in refrigerant costs alone without labor or parts for the repair. Keller actually located the leak, gave me my options and charged me a competitive rate for the refrigerant, nearly half what the other guys quoted. Cannot say enough about the professionalism and technical expertise Glen and his team have.
