Fast and got the issue taken care of quickly will use them again!
Once again John came through for us in a pinch. Our heat went out on the coldest day of the year, right at Christmas. John came out, quickly diagnosed the issue, got us all fixed up, gave us tips on how to prevent the issue in the future, and didn't charge us a fortune. It's refreshing to work with someone who truly wants to fix your actual issue as quickly as possible and doesn't require you to take out a 2nd mortgage to pay for it. Thank you John for saving the day (again)!

John and his son provide consistently great service, are prompt and respectful of your time and provide strong communications throughout each step of the process (from appointment to fix/billing). He keeps a strong record of the work he’s done at our place and is his deep knowledge of the history of our units over the years makes him someone we feel at ease giving our business and trust.
I have had an incredible experience with John and his team. He has been servicing my AC unit for several years and is extremely knowledgeable with his profession. Just recently I was having a problem with my eelectric breaker triggering on and off. He came out check the unit and replaced a hard stop part hoping it would fix the problem. When the issue with the breaker persisted he returned and helped me identify that the problem was electrical and where it was. They have always come as soon as I needed them regardless of the situation And the fees are very fair without all the overhead of large companies. I highly recommend this company.
John. Is. OUTSTANDING! After first moving into our house we some hearing troubles. My neighbor strongly referred him to me. And I'm Sooo glad we went with JP Heating and Cooling! He was such a nice and friendly guy! Extremely professional and efficient! He even took the time to give me helpful tips and things I can do to troubleshoot future problems. Will absolutely plan to have him do all our maintenance for many years to come! Recommend 1000%!
It took me using 4 other HVAC contractors before I humbled myself and listened to my Wife (she reads reviews religiously). So I sought out John P. for HVAC repair services. And oh what a blessing he was! He explains exactly what he is doing, and why his actions are important. He even gives you options to consider. Quite a methodical and thorough man that John P. If you could pick the all stars of technical service work, John would be your hall of fame starter. He is that good, and firmly believes in taking care of the customer, not his short term gain. He is all about the long term.

I have used John twice so far for service and to fix a downstairs fan issue. He takes the time to go over all components of the system and to make sure everything is working before he leaves. He is extremely knowledgeable and does not take you for a ride! Thank you JP Heating and Cooling!!
John came out to our home within a couple hours and checked our HVAC system after a night without Air Conditioning....He checked our system and verified that the only issue was a dirty filter which caused our system to freeze overnight. Just to verify he ran several tests and confirmed it was just a dirty filter that caused the issue. He even gave me additional pointers and tips to watch for in the future. I would definitely call him again for any future issues.
JP has been our main HVAC guy over the years. Very reliable and honest. He has performed repairs and annual maintenance for us. I like that he's very transparent about his work and his findings. I like to ask questions and he's always willing to show me how things are working which gives me a peace of mind.

John knows what he’s doing. He’ll do whatever it takes to get the job done and done right! He fixed our heating by rebuilding a board that we could no longer get. The other 2 guys that came quoted over 11,000 because without that part, the whole system had to be replaced. John came in and actually made a new board. Who does that?? Who is capable of doing that??? John is!!
Last minute call and JP handled it with promptness and guaranteed his work! Extremely happy with this contractor and highly recommend him. He is definitely my “go to” guy if I ever need him again! Great Job John, thank you!
I called JP in reference to a moldy smell present when the heat or ac turns on. Charged me 69 to come out diagnose the problem and educated me on future maintenance and prevention. Extremely knowledgeable and reasonable I would recommend him to anyone. Other companies gave me estimates ranging from 500 and even as high as 1700. My overall experience with JP was awesome don’t waste your time with anyone else.
Honest, reliable, knowledgable. Very nice and professional, evaluated the issue, was a bit tricky to fix due to the location of the leak but instead of taking the easy way and upselling me a new unit, like im sure a lot of companies would do to put more money in their pocket, John took the time and fixed it!! Thank you! I will recommend this company 1000xs over!
Oh my gosh, JP was awesome and saved me! I was so afraid my AC was beyond repair and he quickly identified the issue, quickly fixed my issues, and not only explained the issues in detail, he gave me tips to help my systems last longer. He also was extremely fair price-wise! I highly recommend him :-)

Great experience dealing JP heating and cooling. He was able to come out the same day to identify the problem and had us back up and running with a new board the next day. Great service and excellent price compared to what big box companies wanted to charge and waaaay faster. When we have HVAC issues in the future John will be our one and only call. Wish I could give more stars!!
