Great reliable service. Very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I definitely recommend them. We got a new A/C unit that is amazing. They have also come out to repair our furnace.

I had Eddie Potts and John replace my heat pump and the other major unit under the house (that provides extra heat on cold days. The whole replacement has been working great for the last 5 years. These guys are the guys you want. They do the work themselves! When you go to the big companies, you can count on the fact that the owners will NOT be doing the work. I got the recommendation from a friend at work. She told me this story: She was a widow with two children, the heating had failed, it was the middle of the night, and the temperature was in the single digits; Eddie came immediately to help her and didn't leave until their heat was going.
Great service and a great product. The unit was installed quickly and with out delay. They were very friendly and provided great step by step instructions on what they would be installing and solving. I highly recommend Potts' Heating and Air!
