We have had good service from McGee on several issues and projects. Friendly, respectful, helpful technicians and service reps. Happy we chose McGee. Would recommend to our friends. Today Christian was our tech and he was great. Explained the situation and got us back in business quickly. Thanks to you and your team for the great service.
McGee Heating & Air are our actual heroes. Our compressor went out on our HVAC and it quickly ramped up to 85+ degrees inside our house on a hot humid day like today. They came out and fixed it within the same hour that I called, on an HOLIDAY, and our air was pumping out that fresh icy blend again immediately. 100/10.
They sent a service tech out the same day I called. His name is Eddie and it was a great experience having him work on our A/C problem.

Came home to AC not working on a very hot summer Sunday afternoon and called McGee the next day and they were able to send someone out that very day. Christian called before heading to my house and was on the front side of the 3 hour window I was given. He was so polite and thorough and explained and diagnosed the problem and replaced the part, but continued to evaluate to make sure he didn’t miss anything. Workers like Christian are hard to find these days. I highly recommend McGee and Christian. He totally deserves an increase in pay for his customer service and efficiency.

I called yesterday afternoon because our AC wasn’t working. Christian came out this morning, was very knowledgeable, did a great job, and in a timely manner. I will continue to call McGee!

Our system went out during the hottest part of the summer. John came out promptly, examined every part of the system, explained my options, and helped obtain interest free financing. Inside of a week, Charlie and his crew started a total replacement of the system and ducts finishing in 4 days. The crew was efficient, polite, clean and neat. Using McGee was a very positive experience. Thank you John and Charlie!
Very happy with the service and urgency in which the work was completed. Very good knowledgeable technician. I would definitely use McGee again at the Easley address and recommend them to others. Very reasonable price.
My wife and I spent most of the morning on a Sunday trying to find someone to help us. Having two young kids AC was so important. Thankfully we found McGee. They answered our call and within a few hours they had us up and running. Eddie F -tech came out and was most professional. Hands down McGee earned any business of mine moving forward. They sent some out right away, Eddie was very professional and found the problem immediately. Unfortunately he didn’t have the part needed for the repair so it will be possibly a couple days before we’re up and running properly.
Carl did an excellent job servicing my 2 heat pumps on 12/01/2021. He recommended replacing my downstairs heat pump as soon as possible as it is 30 years old McGee Heating & Air Inc. will install a new heat pump before the end of 2021. .

Had scheduled maintenance. Had also called Because of high electric bill. Found problem and ordered part. Jamie answered my questions and explained the problem. Wished the electric company would let their customers know when there’s an issue. I recommend McGee to anyone.
Very responsive, came over promptly to evaluate my problem. Explained clearly what my issues were with my ductwork. But I did not use their services as their price for repairs was very high.
