Jason and Trae came out and installed my new ac unit and they both were very professional, efficient, and thorough in doing their job; by the time they left I had working air again and my place was starting to cool down. 10 out of 10 I would recommend.
I’ve had issues with my ac for the past three summers. Called in other repair ppl who seemed to only provide temporary fixes. Brett W. managed to actually locate the leak. Then Joshua and Steve spent hours fixing my unit. Having working ac again with 2 kids and 3 dogs in this summer heat is amazing!

Had a complete system replacement. Very positive friendly but professional experience Damien, Cameron & Bradley had done an excellent install. Punctual and performed everything as promised. Cleaned up site and explained operations before leaving. Expecting Jason to follow up on job and my satisfaction within a week. Highly recommend this team. Reasonable competitive pricing
Isaac came to our house and did our checkup on our gas pack and he was personable, on time, cleaned filters and fan. Please send him again for our next check up as he was great.

We lost AC while out of town due to construction. Got home and in less than 24 hours of being notified Complete Heat and Air replaced our AC Unit and Air Handler. They arrived at 9:30 in the morning and had it replaced by 12:30. They were fast and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Would recommend.

Excellent experience getting old duct work replaced at my home in Pickens last week. Courtney was direct and responsive with an estimate and Mike and Kai got the job completed in the time promised! Very professional and they even gave me AC loaners for when my unit needed to be off during the project.

I was pleasantly surprised when at the exact appt time of 9am, both Damien Rowley and Cameron Westmoreland were at my door! They were very personable and I’m extremely satisfied with their work. Would 100% recommend using these guys!!! Thank you guys for my new HVAC system !
Called at 9:30 pm on a Saturday night and had my technician here at 11:45 am next morning. Brantley was super nice, professional and efficient. AC repaired within 20 minutes. Very fair price for a weekend emergency repair in month of June. So impressed I also purchased the yearly maintenance plan. Wish I could give more stars.

I was blown away by the quality of the experience I had with Complete. Devon, Evan, and Bradley installed a complete new system, added additional ductwork, and adjusted our old ductwork to be more efficient. They arrive on time, took great care to be respectful of the property, and took the time to ensure I knew how to operate my system. The installation was perfect and completed on time. I feel like they treated my home as if it was their own, and am incredibly impressed by the value and quality of service I was provided. Nick spent a great deal of time going over exactly how my new system worked, helped me set up my smart thermostat, and made sure that I knew how to use and maintain my new system! From the thorough sales consultation, through the installation, and even the routine maintenance, Complete has always impressed us. I look forward to the next two decades of routine maintenance from them and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for help with their heating or air needs.
