Lee was not only on time, he was 1.5 hours early. Bridget set us up late yesterday afternoon since we were having some issues. Lee was so nice, showed us what we could do if this happens again, and had us back up and running in no time. Definitely recommend terrace . The staff is so easy to deal with .

Lee is tenacious about solving issues and following through Highly recommend this company because of these individuals.
My 2nd time using Terrace. This time then replaced my entire heating and cooling system. Great job again! Great value and the workers did a great job. Courteous, friendly, knowledgeable. I will continue to use them. Last time they moved the existing system and replaced all duct work during renovations. Great work.
Outstanding service, expertise and integrity. Big thanks to Bill of Terrace Heating and Air for the repair of our geothermal system. He was great at communicating and providing options. We were ready to replace our unit, but Bill figured out a way to repair the old one. No upsell, just honesty and expertise. We will be using them for all our HVAC needs. Totally recommend them!

I had a furnished room over the garage that was always very hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Our central air system was just not doing the job up there. As I pondered what to do, I always imagined cutting a hole in the roof to hang a window unit up there. it seemed an impossible task. I asked Bill Farah of Terrace Heating and Air what to do. and he came out to the house and helped me solve the hot FROG and another big problem. They installed a mini-split system in the FROG, reclaiming about 820 square feet of livable space for us. We have had guests sleep up there since the installation and they have praised how cool the room is. I was also complaining about high humidity in the house. Bill solved that problem by installing a whole-home dehumidifier. We are very pleased with the dehumidifier. It is working even now in this "shoulder" season when our AC is not running all the time. We are very pleased with Terrace Heating and Air. They are competent and caring HVAC pros. I heartily recommend them.

Got 4 quotes. They weren't the lowest until I really started digging into the quotes. All the others had too many "what if"s". If you need this done it will cost more. If you need that done it will cost more. Start to finish in 2 days. We had window units so they had to do duct work, electrical, wood frame work for the outside unit. Our house is small but it encompassed a lot of work. Never a word about " oh we've run into this, it's going to cost more". The quote was solid. Excellent labor force. Bill got them started and they rocked until it was done. Now if you're reading this and they tell you supplies are short, it's not bs. You can check around. They're not trying to jack up the price. It's a nation wide issue. Just ask anyone at Lowe's. I give them 5 stars. On time, clean, professional. Excellent work. But the best benefit of all....the wife is happy!
Been using their services for many years. Always respond quickly, find the problem, fix it and off they go. Always good service, professional in their demeanor, and explain things in a way that is easy to understand for layman.

Hands down Terrace Heating & Air is one the best local companies. From the initial phone call to set up an appointment, to having someone come out at the set appointment time, to follow up by the supervisor, these folks know how to provide the highest and most reliable customer service. The work crew that then installed my new air and heating system exhibited a phenomenal work ethic. They never sat still, finished up the job in no time, and left the workspace spotless. Their supervisor then came to check up to make sure the work was done correctly. The billing and paper work to receive a rebate was handled seamlessly. This is a local company Charleston should be proud of and support! Professionalism par excellence!
I recently purchased a new dual zone system with heat pump, air handler and whole house dehumidifier and am ecstatic with the process, the company and the result. I couldn’t be more pleased. I live in a townhome and anyone who has knows the frustration of the upstairs downstairs difference in temperature issue I had purchased a zone system 14 years ago which separately heated and cooled the two floors. After trouble with the system over two years I asked my renovation contractor, (who is a saint) who to call and she said Terrace who she’s used for 20:years. Terrace really listened to what I wanted and then based on what I had, gave me a proposal with several options with a wide price range. When I asked for his recommendation, it was sincere and in the midpoint of price. Once I ok’d it, work started in days with an amazing crew of 3 technicians. Their skill was apparent just from watching them work. They took great care of my home and cleaned up each of the three days as if they were never coming back The temp in my house is so comfortable and I’m thrilled with the whole house dehumidifier. In Charleston, which is constantly high humidity, controlling humidity is key to comfort. I recommend Terrace without reserve.
We found our experience with Terrace Heating & Air to be outstanding in every respect. They replaced both heating and air conditioning units and replaced the exterior stand. They were prompt, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. Installation went off without a hitch. They answered all our questions and provided us with all pertinent information. Within an hour of completion of the project, they provided us with all executed documentation required for our rebates. Would highly recommend them without reservation.

Bill and his team are the best! Great value, professional service, and work. They had to fix other mistakes of another company that had installed my system. I wish I had found them earlier because I could have saved a lot of money and trouble. Their work is first class. I am a lifetime customer for sure!
Do yourself a huge favor and call this incredible company. From the second I called Bill, I knew we were going to be rescued from the horror of having a broken HVAC in the heat of a Lowcountry summer. They loaned us window units (and installed them) until we could get our unit, helped us figure out the financing and got our new HVAC installed in under a week. Completely professional and extremely knowledgeable, thank you Bill and the entire Terrace team for your wonderful customer service and skills. Fingers crossed our other unit lasts for another summer at least but know the Simonsen’s are loyal customers for life. THANK YOU!!
My husband and I recently bought a new house that needed new ductwork and a new AC unit asap. We got a couple quotes, but Terrace Heating and Air gave us the the best quote by far. We worked with Bill (who is AWESOME), and he was very patient, knowledgeable, and welcomed questions, even after the work was completed. I felt that all of the workers were very professional, and they were efficient with their time. I can tell that I was given very good quality products and work. This is one of the few places I have hired that I feel truly cares about their customers getting the best and being 100% satisfied.
This company was referred to me by my daughter, who uses them. Great company to work with. Very responsive and always on time. Answered all my questions and presented me with a variety of options at different price points. The team took care to keep the interior of my house clean. I would definitely refer them to others.
