Alexander Heating and Cooling was prompt, knowledgeable and professional. I called them this morning a little after 9 and Chris address the issue with me and had our A.C. up and running a little after 1pm. I’ve dealt with many heating and AC companies over the years but Alexander Heating and AC really impressed me and my wife. Finding a company that has integrity is difficult these days. I recently had my new water heater installed by Alexander Heating & Cooling, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything went smoothly and efficiently. Christopher was prompt, courteous, and professional, and he took the time to explain the installation process and answer all my questions. He was also very careful with my home and made sure to clean up any debris or mess after the installation was complete. The installation itself was flawless, and the water heater is working perfectly. Christopher also serviced our HVAC unit prior. Overall, I would highly recommend this company, and I will definitely be using their services again in the future.
Chris and his company - Alexander Heating & Cooling were wonderful. My HVAC system went out this week and he was at my house the following morning, prompt and available. He was very thorough in explaining the repair situation, detailing the how and why, along with the costs. Chris also fixed it quickly, promptly and was extremely kind, all through the process. Would use his services again and recommend him to my neighborhood.
Chris was EXTREMELY accommodating. Our AC quit working earlier today & after calling numerous places to get an estimate on how much it would be (Alexander’s was the best price) Chris was the only one able to come out same day to fix it for us. He worked around my difficult schedule & was here in about an hour and done within 30 minutes. I’m now sitting comfortably in my house & I cannot express how thankful I am on this hot day.
How do you thank someone enough who comes to your house after the AC goes out right before it's bedtime for the kids? His arrival time was quick, his analysis was thorough, and he was able to fix the problem on the spot. I'm not sure 10 stars is enough to express our gratitude for Chris Alexander and his service - pure clutch. My family thanks you from the bottom of our hearts :)
Had an issue with my water heater and called Alexander Heating and Cooling. Chris was able to make time after hours and show up quickly. Had family in town and he was able to resolve the issue at a fair price. Highly recommend Chris!
Chris did an excellent job replacing our whole HVAC system quickly and efficiently. He explained everything to us and was very professional throughout the whole process. I will be referring him to everyone I know !
Chris was great! On time and expert in repairing maintaining my gas fireplace inside my house. He even wore booties which really pleased my wife who loves her floors.
Chris, the owner was quick to respond back when we called him to install some faucets throughout the house. We scheduled a time and day and he was actually a little early. We were very pleased with his work and cleanliness. Prior to leaving we scheduled a time and date to flush out the hot water system and to check out the HVAC for the winter. We were so impressed with his professionalism that we have recommended him to our neighbors and he has been to several of their homes already.
Chris was great! Replaced 4 faucets for us. Showed up on day scheduled and on time. Having him back for maintenance to HVAC and flushing thankless water heater. Highly recommend.

I would refer him to anyone that's in need of a reliable, professional, and affordable heating and air company.
Contacted Chris on a Sunday morning about a terrible burning smell from our air vents. He was there right after lunch to diagnose the problem: burned up control board. I was definitely concerned; sounded costly and lengthy to fix. Chris immediately set my mind at ease. He gave me a total cost on the spot, and had a new one installed before lunch on Monday. Getting an hvac problem that pops up on an August weekend in Charleston fixed in about 24 hours is impossible, or so I thought. Chris got it done, was quick, and very reasonably priced. Cannot recommend him enough!
I highly recommend Alexander Heating & Cooling. Our AC went down on a Sunday in the middle of Summer. Chris came out within the hour and had our unit back up and running shortly after. I was very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. I will 100% use his services again!
Alexander Heating and Cooling is a top notch company!! Christoper was extremely prompt and professional when I called him about having my air conditioner fixed. He came right away and had it fixed within the hour. I will definitely use this company in the future!!
It’s hard find a Heating and Air Conditioning business with such honesty and integrity. Also his ability to troubleshoot the correct diagnosis the first time is always spot on. He has great attention to detail and leaves the job-site cleaner then he found it. I highly recommend!
When my hot water heater went out, Chris came immediately over to check out the situation and order the parts. He had great communication with me on what parts needed to be ordered and when everything was going to be done. If you want some one who does the job right in a timely manner and affordable prices, Chris is your guy.
