If this company runs like the employee drive I wouldn't do business with them. I was getting on I26 at the 526 off ramp pulling a trailer and was cut off by an Advanced employee very unprofessional and unsafe. This is the truck as we were stopped in traffic.... again unprofessional and unsafe
Not these guys...no, No, NO...never again. Our multi=year experience was terribly unacceptable.
Wow!! Finally an A/C business that cares about people. During Covid my family took a huge hit financially so I was in need of an honest business. A previous company that is highly recommended on FB came out prior and said I needed to replace my 2013 Trane unit. I waited an entire month for them and I finally was told by a friend to call Advance. Do you know Advance came out and with the hr I had cold air!!! The unit is good and he gave me a guarantee! So happy and grateful I found a reliable company that will save us money throughout our lives!! Thanks guys!
Advanced plumbing saved me over 4K! Little did I know, my parents have been using them for over 20 years. If I had called them the first time, I would have saved so much more. Honest as they come. Would not recommend anywhere else.
I used Advance to service my HVAC unit a couple of times. When my AC went out a month after they had serviced the unit they put me on the schedule for the next day. I called the next day around 2:30 (Friday) and was told I was the next person on the list. At 4:45 I called to find out how late the technician was working but had to leave a message as I got their voicemail. I never got a return phone call nor did the technician ever reach out that day. I found an email address for the service manager on their website and sent a message but never got a return email. By this time my house was over 90°. On Saturday I dialed for dollars and found another company who was at my house by 9:30 and fixed the problem in 45 minutes. Come Tuesday I got a call from Advance wanting to know if I would be available between 12:00 and 5:00.... A little late to the party don't you think?
I've used Advance on 2 new construction projects. Their price was fair and the quality of work was impeccable. They were reliable and completely professional.

They do not call you let you know when they are coming out at least some kind of time frame and they don't answer the phone
Introduced to these folks thru our contractor who used them to install a new outdoor shower. The shower worked great for about 6 weeks and then suddenly stopped working at all. So why the 5 star review for them? Because they came promptly to investigate and did not give up until they got everything running smoothly again. Also, each of the Advance employees I dealt with were courteous, reassuring, and professional. I appreciate that they they made things right without any hassle. Rare these days! Give them a call.
The lady on the phone is RUDE RUDE do not use this company. They do not answer the phone and DO NOT return phone calls.

Lost air conditioning in my house advance plumbing heating and air arrived and found the condenser coil was shot technician replaced the coil and saved me tons of money great service will call upon again if needed 5 stars

Hi Chris! As always, Advance comes through for me like a Champion!! And I really liked Danny! He let me (and my dogs) hang out with him and admire the tools and equipment he used to check and get our a/c system running like new again! And I am extra proud that my a/c filters were nice and clean when he checked them-Yesss! You guys are just awesome. If there is anyone else I need to send this to, or if you can forward it, please do. I love how you have been with he company for so long. It feels good to know someone who has helped me, (You!), for so long is still with Advance. And please pass along my great compliments for Danny. LOVE Advanced Plumbing Heating and Air and have been using them for multiple commercial properties and my residence for at least a decade or more. They are ridiculously honest, hardworking, and are affordable. We compared their pricing to replace our home air conditioner and they offered the best unit at the best price. I don't know who these nasty reviewers are but we have been using Advance Plumbing Heating and Air for at least a decade. We have nothing but polite and respectful conversations from Chris and responsible treatment by all of their technicians. We live in Mt Pleasant. I think the reviewers are obviously dealing with another company.
NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE! The tech came out to our home a damaged our unit trying to pull the side off without removing all of the bolts. They then tried to claim that they didn't break it because the home warranty was requiring the tech to pay for the damage.
