Technician said unit was going to need 4-5 lbs of freon when the unit only holds 2. I suspect he was going to over charge me for the freon. Also, a $90 service call for 10 minutes of work is ridiculous

Very prompt, professional and courteous. Encouraged me to shop around for quotes - a sign of good integrity. When my HVAC eventually went out, they had to order a part before they could come fix my system, so they dropped off a temporary unit same day. Life savers. Cody and Connor the technicians were cordial, timely, and cleaned up after themselves. All my heating and cooling needs I’m going to 5Star.

Allison + Cody were fantastic! Allison was able to have some one come out to fix my AC unit as soon as possible. Cody did a fantastic job! He was quick, professional, nice and explained to me what was wrong. He fixed my AC unit in a matter of minutes and was super sweet to my rambunctious puppy. Would recommend and use them again!
Can't sing enough praises about 5 Star! Cullen absolutely saved the day for our household! We had different local company come out to fix our AC unit and we were quoted $4k for an additional repair. A little astonished, we asked 5 Star to come out and give us a second opinion. 5 Star came out in a timely manner and found that our unit had been wired wrong by the previous company and that it was completely fine - no repairs needed. AC was up and running within 15 minutes of their arrival. Thank you to Cullen for keeping us comfortable and saving us thousands of dollars. We are so very thankful! We're now forever 5 Star customers.

Cullen from 5 Star was so awesome! I had a bad experience with another HVAC service recently, and I was nervous about trying out another one. Cullen was professional, thorough, and I could tell was giving me trustworthy and sound advice. 10/10 would recommend.
Stephen, Cody and the rest of the team are pros. Super helpful, thorough, efficient and responsive. Used them for an installation and will absolutely keep them on for ongoing maintenance/care. 100% recommend.
Our HVAC system stopped working so I reached out to 5 Star for assistance. Within AN HOUR Chris was at my home and had the issue diagnosed after only spending ten or fifteen minutes on the problem. Talk about five star service... we were seriously impressed and will continue to use 5 Star for our future HVAC needs. (Update 4/26/23 - Cody came to our house for an A/C tuneup and did a great job. He was friendly and professional. Thanks Cody!)
