I just had Mountain Air Heating and Cooling install a replacement A/C and Heat unit upstairs in my house. First of all JB Quoted a very good price for this unit. The office staff was very nice arranged a time for the installation . The technicians were on time , they preformed an excellent installation. I have no problem using this company again.
Mountain Air replaced our old unit. They did a great job. Dustin and Chris were great and did a professional job. Everyone there were friendly and respectful. They will be our heating and air company. We would highly recommend them.
Fantastic employees! My new unit (which I can control from my phone!) was installed in one day. JB was also wonderful. Thank you so much.
Tony is our service tech and did an excellent job. JB and team are honest, hard working, friendly, very customer oriented and achieve "top notch" results. We highly recommend them.
I gave a 5 star initially and I am now adding a review. I wish I could give 10 stars!! I have used Mountain Air for about 2 years now. Starting with fixing our broken AC when we first purchased our house to keeping up with our maintenance package and always being exceptionally polite and on time!! And today I had my regular maintenance done by Riley, who showed up on time, worked meticulously, explained what he was doing and was very polite. After he left we noticed some of our upstairs power tripped, thinking maybe something had been accidentally touched, I called back and the receptionist very kindly sent JB out immediatly to take a look. He discovered that the problem was not at all related to the maintenance done, and helped fix the issue anyway!! JB saved the day and technician Riley did an amazing job as well. I am so happy with our decision to use Mountain Air! Always in good hands with these guys!!
Riley, the associate from Mountain Air, performed a detailed mid-year HVAC System Maintenance visit on both of my units and I am very satisfied with the quality, dedication, and the expertise of their staff. Recommended.
I have used Mountain Air for many years and have recommended them to relatives and friends. They kept my old unit working about 10 years longer than I expected it to last. With my new unit and new duck work, my monthly bill is 50% cheaper.

These folks are excellent. They arrive swiftly, they are nice, they find the problem, and they fix the problem. I've had service calls with Dustin and JB outside of business hours and both are rockstars.
Once again Mountain Air to the rescue! My 17 year old unit... The capacitor dies about 4 months ago.... They came late at night and got us back up and running quickly. Today, (Saturday) it stopped blowing cold air. Tony B, back to the rescue. We have a leak in the coil sadly and needed freon and a charge. Won't last forever but it will get us through the summer. Will need a new unit in the near future and will def use Mountain Air! ❤️ Thank yiu guys so much.... Especially Tony!
Spoke with JB after hours on a emergency call. He walked me through a couple things to try and see if that would fix the issue that I described to him. Waited till am to see if it worked it did not work. Called in to the office they were just opening and as soon as I gave them my name they were all ready to help me and asked if the issue was fixed. They were able to get me on the schedule for same day only took about 2 hrs for a tech to arrive. Tech that showed up was JB that helped me the night before. He quickly found the problem it was a part that had gone bad. Got it replaced system is working great now. Definitely recommend mountain air heating and cooling this was the first time I have used them and with the honesty and fast dependable service. Any future hvac issue I know who I will be calling.
Dustin and Tony ROCK! After another company left me hanging for 8 hours, I called Mountain Air and he was here within 45 minutes and working on the unit in brutal heat Awesome and THANK YOU!!!!🤗 8/19/22 Tony B. came over for maintenance. We called and someone was able to come out the same day to assess our a/c problems. The technicians that came out on the first day and repair day (we needed a part ordered) were very professional. They clearly communicated our problem and what they were doing to resolve it. The day after the repairs, we received a call to check in with us. I appreciate the repair and customer service we received from Mountain Air.

I have been with Mountain Heating and Cooling for many years! They have always provided excellent service and respond quickly when called. Thru the years I have used the annual agreement for maintenance which provides peace of mind that I'm doing everything I can to keep my units working longer. My most recent service was with Darin and Destiny. They did a great job. Darin went the extra mile and helped me catch a lizard in my house and relocate it to the yard. Believe me I know it is not in his job description but he was very willing and I really appreciated it. They always clean up after they work in your house. Whenever I call the office the staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this service and their crew. Thanks to the whole team at Moutain Air Heating and Cooling!

A great experience with this company. We called them on a Friday night when our ac went out. Tony responded immediately and got our ac fixed and working again. Tony did a great job and was very pleasant and professional. We really appreciated Tony’s response to our situation. I highly recommend them and will continue using them in the future. This is our 2nd call to Mountain Air Heating & Cooling. The first time the owner J.B. came out. The 2nd time (totally different problem) Tony Brown came.Each time the Best and I do mean Best most Professional, Cost Effective, & Timely Service. Everything from the receptionist, to texting to let us know when they would arrive. Our next thing is to sign up for yearly maintenance. We can't Thank Them Enough!!!
We had a great experience with Mountain Air Heating and Cooling. Our unit in the attic started making loud noises. I called around 6 PM and left a message. JB called back in about 45 minutes to let me know the technician was on a call and would contact me shortly. Dustin called around 7:20 PM and arrived at our house before 8 PM. Dustin was great. He got the issue fixed quickly and tested to make sure AC was working. We will definitely use this company again. They are prompt and professional.
I called after hours and JB returned my call within 10 minutes. I quickly explained the issue and he let me know he’d have a technician out the next morning by 9am. Our technician, Daryn, was able to diagnose the issue quickly and repair our unit. Very impressed with their response time, service, honesty, and integrity.
