You will get a response when you call unlike most business calls today. Mike replaced my 16 year old unit quickly. Two days after I called I had A/C again.
Mike is a professional who cares about his customers. Even though I haven't been a customer in years due to relocating, he left such a positive impression, I didn't hesitate to leave this review when I came across Arctic Air randomly. Not only did he service our unit on a regular basis for a handful of years, he was also available in a timely manner when we had an issue with a presumed gas leak, in which he aided us in resolving immediately. Highly recommend.
Highly recommend!! Mike was great, called in the am for an ac service, he arrived by noon, explained the entire process, educated me on how the ac system works, answered all my questions and fixed the problem within an hour. Will be calling him for all my future ac needs. Thank you!

Arctic Air installed a mini-split system in my apartment over my detached garage. Mike provided a very competitive quote, answered all my questions, and came out to complete the job on time and professionally. I would highly recommend them.

They came out and put a new compressor on our unit but my husband told them they needed to find the coolant leak first but they put it on and told would come back later to do the coolant test but never came. That was the end of last year. Now we are in the hot part of the beginning of summer and have no air. So we have wasted all the money we gave them last year. We have had trouble with this unit ever since had installed 7-8 yrs ago. It keeps running out of coolant.
