Ben was fantastic. Very professional, thorough and knowledgeable! Very trustworthy and not trying to sell what you don't really need.
My apartment in Columbia is currently rented to a disabled gentleman. When the A/C failed, Broom was there within a couple hours of my call and had the problem fixed in a short time. You can't beat that for service.
Brian came out for my maintenance appointment and was very thorough answering all my questions, fixed several things that were creating inefficiencies, and was very friendly.

Have had years of dependable service from Broom. My husband especially sensitive to temp changes so the maintenance contract was particularly important to us to keep systems in good repair and to know that if issues arose, the professional technicians would promptly be on the spot to fix the problem. We were never disappointed with the service and highly recommend Broom to all homeowners for your comfort and system safety.
These friendly folks helped me out pretty well after having extensive water damage that included needing repairs to the HVAC. Special call-out to Sam, the service manager, who made sure that I was taken care. Adam & Brian did the work and made sure it was done right. Chase with Broom came out to my rental unit to do a maintenance inspection on the HVAC system. Everything went well. Chase was thorough and informative as well as polite. He was very good at communicating exactly what he had done and the condition he found the unit to be in. Very satisfied.
I inherited this company's business because they worked with the previous owners of the house we purchased. We haven't switched companies because they have been fantastic. The technicians that come out have been very friendly and knowledgeable. Their prices are reasonable (for the stuff we had purchased), and they stick to their schedule. If you're looking around for heating and air then it might be worth giving them a call.

Broom saved the day and fixed my A/C unit. Had a part delivered by another employee and got our air up and running. We were told earlier in the day by another company it would take 10 days for parts. This is the second time using Broom and now won’t go anywhere else!!

Broom just completed my semi annual maintenance on my ac/heating unit. I always recieve excellent service and the technicians are top notch. As usual, Devin was wonderful. He gave us a great future plan for our system while being courteous and knowledgeable. On top of that, my picky dog loves him. 😀
Ben did a complete and through job. gave me estimate on duct replacement since he discovered deterioration in the existing ducts.Verified with photos which was very helpful.
We needed a new thermostat for our HVAC system, and yesterday, Ben from Broom Heating and Air came to fix it. Ben could not have been more knowledgeable or personable. He installed the thermostat and spent a lot of necessary time (We are in our 70s!) to make sure we knew every aspect of operating it. He was totally invested. We’ve had a lot of professionals visit our house over the years, but Ben is among the very best we’ve ever had.
Broom has been maintaining my HVAC system since I moved to SC. They are responsive, efficient and always ready to help out when in need. The service tech's (Ben) last visit was able to ID small problems that I would have never know but would have cause big problems for me in the future. Ben corrected them on the spot. They also call ahead of time to let me know they are on their way to my home for the appointment. Highly recommended.
