Fantastic work, great prices, above-average equipment. The only cons I can come up with are for punctuality. The individual I originally contacted for a quote to replace my aging furnace was a no-show. Called and was put in touch with Peter, the owner, who went out of his way to come by the next day and was right on-time. Scheduled the job and it was implied the work would start around 9am. No one showed until 11am, however I'm not bothered as they said the job would take two days and ended up being finished in one. Peter and his crew also stayed well past 6pm to ensure that everything was set up correctly and working. Removal of the old furnace was deemed near impossible by other companies, but AllPhase managed to get it out of the house without any damage to the property. All the new equipment was VERY neatly and carefully installed despite a difficult environment. Peter was very professional; answered all my questions, addressed my concerns and shared his experience and knowledge freely. To top it off, they went out of their way after the long day to clean and vacuum the working area. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the experience!

Hired Peter, Owner of ALLPHASE signed a contract to replace a perfect working oil furnace with a Gas furnace, did not show up the first day and did not even let me know he's not coming so I called him around noon time & his excuse was his partner broke his foot! mind you he claimed he has several employees! anyway, showed up another day about 11 am, taking the unit into basement he dropped and electric box, spent over an hour fixing it so I let that go, installation was done around 6 pm so he fired up the unit ,there was a leak which was fixed then fired it back up at high heat and asked me to go upstairs and lower the thermostat I was back in less than a minute, him and his crew bolted out in no time. No professional plumber/Contractor leaves the job till he's certain that unit functions correctly & heating elements work as before specially around night time! but he decided to leave since he was paid in full! did not respond to my call, next day I realized 3 out of 7 radiators did not get hot at all, so called him, after his crew showed up twice diagnosis& guaranty was all air vents needed to be changed so I told Peter go ahead he promised to do it next day but never showed up and stopped taking my calls and my tenants calls. two of non working radiators are in tenant's 4 year old bed& play room which he's aware but totally ignored. also, there was a $400 charge for old boiler removal which I had to do then asked for money back but he decided to keep it. He is definitely a Shyster. I called a few contractors have the cold radiators fixed, was told by all that piping/ plumbing is not up to code and voids the warranty & he never pulled a permit! Stay far away from this Company. his contract offers a 2 year parts and labor which is worthless, so now need to spend more to bring it up to code& working right. definitely check out the bad reviews ,lots of truth about horrible service& loss of money. Completely Unprofessional & Dishonest.

Their response is horrendous. Asked them to come out to do maintenance on my system multiple times and they’ve confirmed they would come but they’ve pulled a “no show” every time.

These people are not what they represent and left us believing they fixed our furnace and they did nothing but take $561 from us with no resolution of my heat issue. They came to my home and inspected my furnace, advised they needed to replace a switch on my furnace and failed to mention we actually needed a new furnace. We had to have someone else come the next day who told us the truth after we had sadly been taken advantage of by this crew of unprofessional scammers who had us waiting all day for them. Do not trust them they will not be on time and they will take advantage of you.

Not a great place to do business hired them to replace my oil heating unit with a gas one and remove the oil tank and oil burner. Negotiated a quote for the work and low and behold half way through they said the person who quoted the job did not do it right so they jacked up the price by $1000 they finished the job now they needed to remove the oil tank and burner made a huge mistake and paid them in full before they finished with the removal I have called repeatedly for them to come down and finish one excuse after the other this started in June of 2019 and still nothing I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!!

Had to have Central A/C reconfigured by a much better company. So glad they were a witness to the poor workmanship. Incorrect old parts used and more things improperly done than can be mentioned. Now something else All Phase installed needs to be addressed. So disappointing.

Had AC unit installed and duct work done. Price was good, but overall sloppy job and very poor clean up (I spent over 2 hours cleaning up their mess after they left.) Also, contacted them over a month ago to install a C wire for the thermostat and was told they'd do it Friday...3 Fridays ago. Guess you get what you pay for 🤷🏼

Last year we had a mini split unit installed and it worked for about a year. Two weeks ago it had an error code and would not turn on. I reached out four times and eventually had an appointment made for two days later. No one showed up. They also said they would come the next day and again no one showed. I called the owner and he promised he would be here the following day himself, as you can guess he never called or showed. I am disgusted with the lack of care or customer service. I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone.

If you do not mind them showing up early, un-announced without warning, or tracking mud in your house, or strangers using your bathroom, or under your house being left open and insulation in the yard, the old air conditioning unit being left on your property for a week while waiting for its removal that was supposed to be removed the next day and never came, and finally your new air conditioner not working properly, then this company is for you. But, they did come within an hour to repair it after we called. I left 3 stars for the fast service to repair the week old new unit. UPDATE 6/6/2021: spent today, 91 degrees in Coventry, our mobile he was 78 degrees in half the house. Other part 70 degrees. (Read above) . This is after that service call. We are quite unhappy. An above average cost for a unit that does not do the job. Is it too small, who knows? Is it defective, who knows? Was it installed incorrectly, who knows? What we DO know, is that we are not alone. We DO, according to various sources, the unit is not large enough for our needs. Hopefully I can update with a better review.

So I was looking for a central air system and contacted multiple companies. I had in mind what needed to be installed by doing some research (2 systems, duct work in basement, etc). Pete walked in and immediately made a different suggestion...one that saved me thousands. AND IT WORKS. I asked the other companies that came to quote on what Pete had proposed and they were thousands higher, but all confirmed that what he had proposed was a good solution. Past Sunday was hot and humid but in here it was cool and comfortable. Crew was fantastic, neat and efficient. I just called the office to leave a message (Friday night at 9pm) and he answered the phone!!!! THIS IS THE COMPANY YOU WANT!!!!!

I have a multi family and had two boilers that were shutting the heat off on my tenants in the middle of the winter at the same time! They were very old units. I had one company come and give me a price of $22,000 to replace two combi/boilers. I wanted a second opinion and THANK GOD I happen to call Allphase Heating and Plumbing. Peter the owner came to give me an estimate the very next day and might I say it was SIGNIFICANTLY less then the first companies pricing and not to mention how professional the job was done! Peter also helped me get $1,200 in National Grid rebates for each unit installed! I am so happy that I have a heating and plumbing company in my contacts now! If you want professional work with a reasonable fair price, shows up on time and when they say they will, then AllPHASE Heating and Plumbing is a MUST for you .THANKK YOU PETER!! If your looking for a great plumbing/ heating/ cooling guy. They are allphase from Cranston. They put a boiler in 3 years ago in my house and just recently a water heater. They have great prices, quality work. Love these guys, very easy to get along with them. Very highly recommended!

All Phase installed a water heater for us in March of 2019. There was no hot water after it was installed and after several phone calls they came out a week later to fix. They were paid in full. Several months later a home inspection revealed that there was no overflow pipe installed which is required by code. We called and they said they would arrive on December 27, 2019. No one showed up. We called several more times and scheduled appointments for 1/2/20 and again they did not show up or call. When we finally reached them they rescheduled the following day and never showed on 1/3/20. Several more calls led them to schedule appointments on 1/6/20 & 1/9/20 again with no show and no phone call. They again stated they would come the following day on 1/10/20 and again didn't show. I called and spoke to the owner at 9am on 1/13/20 who assured me that he would be out to fix the water heater and scheduled a time for 2-3PM. At 3:15 I called the office and the receptionist told me he was at the doctor's but she would have him call me. There was no phone call by the end of the day. That night at 8:30 pm, two service techs showed up at my house to fix the water heater. There was no phone call telling me they were coming. They just showed up at night and we turned them away. The next morning the owner left a message on my cell phone and couldn't understand why we turned them away, and stated that if we wanted the water heater fixed we "should call them." He also stated, "he tried." All Phase did not bother to show up for no less then 7 appointment times and at least 15 phone calls causing both my husband and I to miss work time. We hired another plumber who came out the next day to fix the incorrectly installed/incompleted water heater. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If I could give them zero stars I would. Deplorable company with little work ethic or customer care.

Furnace shut off on New Year’s Day. Called all phase at 6:00pm explained the issue. They came out first thing in the morning. They were extremely friendly, professional, knowledgeable, explained what went wrong and what they were doing, very upfront about pricing and understood the cost aspect for me, pricing was very reasonable for what I needed done. I can’t recommend them enough. Just an all around a very good experience considering the circumstances. I will definitely but calling again for many other things I want or need done!
