I used Ocean State Mechanical to install ductwork and a heat pump for our house. This was in May 2020, it was a challenging project retrofitting an old house, but they did it. Now almost two years later, I have a lot of positive things to say about them. They did a great job; they have knowledgeable technicians, and they are easy to work with. They are a smallish company, so you get the same crew every time. I will definitely use them again when my other A/C system needs repair or replacement.
They installed new AC units in our building , good techs.
Kathy and her team are absolute professional. They should up when they said they would, kept clean work site, the crew was friendly, polite and just really nice to work with. The estimate came right on the numbers with surprises. Thank you for a great job!
Allison who is one of the technicians at Ocean State Mechanical is the smartest and is so professional! She knows exactly what she is doing. If you hire Ocean State Mechanical in Coventry you will not be disappointed!!!!!! This is my personal home in which I live and I would not trust any other company to do my heating maintenance no matter how big or small they can do it all. The quality of their work is second to none. I would highly recommend them!!!

Their employee/technicians were great! Will is one of the hardest working young men I have come across. The other technician Craig (?) was equally as impressive an employee. We will be using this company for yearly maintenance from now on!
If we could leave six stars, we would! From Kathy to Allison, and now Wil... we could not be happier with the level of service, professionalism, and workmanship performed by Ocean State Mechanical. I was just on the phone with the owner Bill, and I can tell he is a great guy as well. You should be very proud of your company and when we need service again, Ocean State will be first on the list. Quick and easy to get an appointment even as a new customer. Technician Will arrived on time, was polite, professional and neat. The job was done in a timely manner. Cost of service for repair and maintenance was very reasonable. I would recommend Ocean State Mechanical.

Have never used ocean state mechanical in the past but had an a/c problem and they were recommended. The service was exceptional and they were here in about 4 hours of calling where other companies would not take a new customer until the end of July. The tech who came out (Eric) was professional and courteous and did not try to take advantage of us it was a very minor fix and we are thankful. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs heat or air conditioning service. Thank you very much
