Call at 6am, fixed by 9am!
Eric came for our oil furnace issue. He is an excellent tech and a very nice guy to talk with. We are glad we called this company and will recommend them. 5 stars for Reliant. Thanks for good work.

Since we frequently benefit from the reviews that others post about products and services, we considered we were obliged to take the time to write a detailed review this time to return the favor. Reliant team’s flexibility, patience, and excellent customer service has made our experience a very positive one. More than a product and service, we were looking for guidance and advice, after we decided to convert our home heating system from oil to natural gas. The sales manager, Erich Maurer, made sure he understood our true needs for our home and our family before making any recommendations. He helped us select the type of boiler that was the most convenient for our needs and the age and characteristics of our home. We straightforwardly let him know from the first conversation that we were comparing and contrasting different companies. Erich not only welcomed the competition, but he also explained to us what we should be looking for in both a high efficiency boiler and the type of service required for the whole conversion process. Ultimately, it was easy for us to decide that Reliant was our best choice. Erich made sure we understood what we should expect to happen at each stage of the process and the estimated time range it would take. Erich went above and beyond by contacting UGI directly to coordinate with their crew the most convenient dates to complete the preliminary work in our basement to hook us up to the gas line exactly when UGI had finished installing our line to the main pipe in the street and the gas meter. We were extremely fortunate to have had the technician Eric Shaffer, assigned to the project. Eric is not only highly experienced and knowledgeable, but also a professional who pays attention to details, is careful and clean in his work, and communicates clearly and timely to ensure we understand what the project entails and the time each stage would take to complete. I called reliant heating and cooling to come out and thaw out my main sewage pipe that was frozen after all this extremely cold weather! The tech Kevin did a wonderful job and also installed heat tape on my water supply line so this would not happen in the future! I had a completely different company out last night and that guy wanted to cut a hole in the sewage line! Thank goodness I had enough sense to wait until today to call reliant! I highly recommend them and will definitely go right to them if I have any other plumbing needs! Thank you guys again!

Great service, very responsive! Our water heater started leaking right before we were going on vacation (found on a thursday night) we were able to get a quote and get an installed by Monday afternoon. The guy was very nice and was done in under 2 hours. Highly recommend!

Reliant technicians are extremely responsive and professional. They take care of my systems like their own. I like the service contracts because I know preventative maintenance will help avoid future problems.
Great service and people
Fast, efficient, knowledgable, friendly!!! These and so many more words to describe the service we received from Reliant Heating & Cooling from the start. Our technician Steve greeted us with a smile and had the problem diagnosed within minutes and our A/C Unit was once again working perfectly! Very reasonable prices and nothing like hometown service and staying local!! Would highly recommend!!!
