Chris takes time: very deligent and professional. I was quite impressed with his work. Explained everything well and answered all my questions.
Chris has helped me in two homes, both with exceptional service and communication. Most recently Chris installed a new HVAC with heat pump, water heater and home dehumidifier systems. He takes the approach of a teacher, not only the scope of the work and his progress during a project, but also a thorough explanation of how to use, maintain and tips on the units. K & C is my go to and won’t use anyone else!
We were VERY happy with the work by K&C mechanical. We had our furnace replaced, and had a central AC system installed. K&C is everything you could ask for in a contractor(responsive, knowledgeable, and quality). Chris had no problem answering all of our questions because the guy really knows his stuff. I would/will highly recommend them for anyone that needs HVAC work done!
Chris was extremely proficient across the board. He installed a new A/C unit and Heating system in one day! Price was very fair and service was top notch. Would highly recommend K&C to anyone looking for quality, local work, from a genuinely great guy.
Chris was absolutely amazing and so helpful in a very stressful situation! He went above and beyond to replace my water heater that burst. I contacted him late in the evening, and he walked me through how to handle the leakage/cleanup. Then was out the next morning with a new system! We were up and running again within 24 hours, thanks to Chris! Highly recommend!

Chris was flexible with scheduling when I was available. He was very thorough in his process and explanations as to what he was doing and answered any other questions I asked. He even walked me through a quick service repair over the phone to get my system back up and heating before he was able to come out. I would highly recommend.
Chris coverted my home from electric baseboard heat to natural gas; converting the water heater and stove as well. I am by far easy to please, I'm picky and indecisive. Chris was patient, explained everything in detail, and his quote was competitive. I highly recommend his services. I have already had him back to install a mini split system in my basement. Go with K & C you won't be disappointed!

I called around a few places for HVAC work and Chris from K&C was one that came out for a quote. He was very knowledgeable and took his time to explain everything I had questions to. He even showed me where my dampers were and adjusted them for me. We scheduled work to be done for a new furnace and ac unit. Chris kept good communication throughout the entire process and answered anymore questions I had. Chris did an awesome job installing the furnace and ac unit and even finished before we expected him to. I would highly suggest K&C if you want HVAC work to be done right and at a fair price
Christopher did an excellent job installing a new hybrid water heater. This is the second time I've used his company. The first was installation of a new electric furnace/air system in 2018. His professionalism, work ethic and service are on par with any of the larger companies in the area. All service work is so very expensive these days and smaller business owners generally have better pricing. Chris exceeded my expectations again, with quality service at a more reasonable price. I highly recommend him for any jobs you may have!
Chris was fantastic! He converted our home from oil to gas heat, answering all our questions along the way. We are very happy we found Chris to do this service, and we plan to convince using him for our annual maintenance going forward. If you are looking at installing a new furnace, give Chris a call!
New install of furnace and AC and a air purifier, also new thermostat and dryer vents cleaned. Chris does it all. Nothing but good things to say about Chris and his work. He explained everything so well and so that we understood it all. He was honest, respectful, and well priced. We beat all other companies that we had come out by a long shot in all ways. We will only use Chris for all our HVAC needs from here on out. Thank you for a great experience.
Chris is one of the most honest, hardworking, and all around genuine owners I have ever met. He came out very quickly to take a look at my central air unit. He tried to troubleshoot the problem for over 3 hours, only to be unsuccessful. So because of that, he didn't charge me for his time or service. He even replaced a part free of charge that burned up in the process of troubleshooting. So for all of that, I still give him a five star rating. I will recommend him because of his professionalism and knowledge. I had a very peculiar problem that was hard to figure out.
We recently had Chris install a split unit in our attic. From the free estimate to the completion of the project, Chris was transparent and open to answering any and all questions we had. We are extremely happy with how the job turned out and impressed by Chris’ professionalism. We would highly recommend him for any jobs you may have!
Chris was great!! Very professional and knowledgeable. I got a great value for my money, and love my ductless AC. Great service and he followed up after in the install to see if I had any questions. I would highly recommend him to all my friends and family!
Chris is a very friendly and professional guy and always does a great job. He has worked on my a/c twice in the past few years, one small job and one really big one and I couldn't ask for better service. Skip the local "big" businesses and go with K & C. You won't be disappointed.

K & C Mechnical is the only company I now use for my Home Furnance and A/C Needs. I have had a number of local big business companies come in and out of my home over the last few years to servce my system, they never did a great job or gave me the time of day. K & C Mechnical's Tech Chris is amazing, he gives you his full attention, listens and provides answers at " an everyday persons level".
