Called at 8am and had someone out at 10am same day in the middle of a heatwave. Jack was great, got my unit firing that frosty cold breeze in no time. Super professional and upfront about pricing and service. I'd recommend these dudes to anyone that needs any HVAC issues dealt with asap.

Jack Butler was our technician who came to our house, he was professional and explained everything to us in a very simple way so we could better understand our situation. Even if he couldn’t help fix our situation right away we were happy to learn more about our home and now can make a plan to fix our air conditioner. We will be using this service again and will be recommending it to others as well. Thank you Jack!
Troy arrived when he said he would. He quickly diagnosed and resolved the AC issue. No surprises, no problems, only good value and good service.

I had them install a new mini split heat pump. The work was done very professionally and I am very happy.
I placed my service call Sunday morning. The dispatcher promptly returned my call and we talked through my issue and availability. The technician, Nate, called me when he was 15 minutes away. He arrived timely and immediately went to work. He checked the indoor unit and outdoor unit and found the problem to be electrical - a breaker going bad. With some wiggling he got the breaker stable and got the AC on. I followed up with an electrician and all is well.
Water heater went out. We noticed at 10pm and we had someone at our house by 10 am replacing our unit. Wonderful friendly service!
Jack was great. Fixed the old unit while leaving us with the knowledge well need to replace soon. Cool for now!
Return of the Living Air Conditioner Starring Nate & Troy has to be the next summer blockbuster after seeing them bringing everything back from the dead around my property. They solved several issues and while waiting for the unit to settle, they explained how to rectify an electrical and chimney dust/rust issue encroaching into the basement! They are obviously in tune with helping people. All in a days work for these gentlemen. Give them a call oh & when you do you’ll be greeted by the lovely Colleen, shout out to her! Thanks so much One Hour Heat/Air!! Unbelievable! After the last week-2 years I’ve had, these guys swoop in like divine miracle workers to demonstrate all is not lost. I have health problems and the respect, patience and understanding they showed me has me quite humbled. Incredible day. The professionalism and camaraderie between Jay and Rich as well as me, had me completely confident their teamwork could solve any problems and they did. I was just on the phone with a couple different family members singing these guys’ praises and will do so with everyone I know. I’m sitting here stress free not just because of the work done but because Rich and Jay assured me they would come back right away if another problem arose. They are good people that stand by their work. I will never use another company again. MANY THANKS and MUCH RESPECT to JAY and RICH and 1 Hour Heat & Air!!!!!!!!!!

Jack was such a nice guy. Polite, on time, he introduced himself. I let him do his job and he did good. I only had a check but Jack was great.
Troy was wonderful! Professional, kind, personable and very helpful! He took the time to explain what he was doing including what was done when finished.
