Lowering my stars from 3 to 1. Given up on jc. This year: Requested air conditioner service. They said they would come out on a Saturday - never showed up. Last year: requested air conditioner service. They scheduled it - never showed up. 5 years ago: Requested JC to do boiler service, they never showed up. Thought i got the date wrong, so i called and they said it was not scheduled at all.
Joe was great. Was polite, friendly and identified/fixed my heater withing minutes of arriving. Thanks Joe!
Technician Shawn M is fantastic! He explains what happened, and then explains what he is going to do to fix the issue. He also shows you right on the heater where the issue is. He is just great.

Was very professional when he arrived at my home and listened to my concerns about our shower not having enough hot water...he diagnosed and replaced the mixing valve and was sure to warn me to check the water temperature before getting in the shower, now that it will be hotter than before... I am purchasing a new home which has oil heat. I am a first time homeowner and have no idea about HVAC. I spoke to Joe today and he taught me so much. He spent an hour on the phone with me going over all my options. He was very honest and gave me so much important information. He is a wealth of knowledge and I hope to use his services for my new home.
Randomly called JC Heating for help with my hot water solar system. Although business is over an hour away from me Joe called me back to discuss options. Joe was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, we discussed at length my issues, and I gained more valuable information just from the call, very pleased to have spoke with Joe.
I was placing an online order and the oil price was $3.79 on 1/23. There was no option to fill the tank. So I called. The price changes to $3.90 without any notice. Never talked about a price or amount. Just to come out and fill my tank. I had a delivery schedule for 12/27. They showed up on Christmas 12/25 and charged me a short delivery fee? Really? If the delivery would have happen on the day schedule it wouldn’t have been short. With the price change and the short delivery fee that is theft in my book. I was a loyal customer for 20 years! Time to find someone new. Bye!
Excellent customer service. They delivered oil last minute when we ran out faster than expected, and the company we previously used was unable to help for several days. Friendly and easy to schedule. We are switching to using them exclusively going forward.

JC Heating has been taking care of my home’s heating and cooling needs since 1990. They installed, serviced and maintained my HVAC systems, professionally, efficiently and promptly. We also receive oil delivery and have a Service Contract with JC Heating and Cooling and believe it to be the best way to keep our HVAC equipment in top working condition.
JC Heating was very responsive in wanting to help diagnosis the issues with my heat. I had contacted other companies that just would not show up for an appointment or respond. I now have heat. They were quick to schedule an appointment. The technicians were polite, explained what would happen and left no mess.

I called to ask about TankTubs due to a gelling problem. I was greeted by such a pleasant gentleman that was so helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, I am not in the area, because I would have immediately sign on to this business. I don't often do reviews but this polite,helpful, conversation deserved one. Super professional service from start to finish. The lady at the office got my consult appointment with Brad scheduled quickly. Brad came over and carefully explained our options and provided expert advice that saved us money. Installation was also scheduled quickly, and JC communicated with the electrician making the process smooth & easy. At install time Ryan and Joe came over promptly and did a fantastic job - explained how the unit functions and cleaned up the entire area. Look no further for your HVAC needs - these guys are the real deal.

JC Heating is the best in the business. They installed a brand new air handler in our home this summer. They were so professional and easy to talk. Most companies try to sell you a product or service and they honestly want what’s best for their customer. Our new unit is super quiet and keeps our Levittown house cool! Also they delivered us a thank you basket 😁😁😁
