I really appreciated that they were on time (and actually a little early - yay!) and they were efficient in servicing the system. Jared was ver professional and friendly, talking me through the challenges of my very old system and taking notes/photos to provide an estimate to replace the system. Very professional and knowledgeable service techs. After the HVAC summer readiness check was performed I was informed of potential issues that would be covered under my Home Warranty.
The technician had a cancellation and came early after calling first. He explained the problem and resolved it promptly. He made sure that it was covered by my home warranty. A superlative job!

This was simple AC system check. While no repairs were needed at this time, the check revealed some existing issues and remedies to illeviate the potential health hazards. Will do a follow up with Winters to have situation fixed.
