I'm a new customer and huge fan of Papa's. We found our new permanent HVAC experts and plan to use no one else (and I know where to look for plumbing needs now too). They were professional, responsive, communicative, knowledgeable, and followed through as promised on all planned work. Their work is top-notch. Highly recommend!
They installed a brand, new air conditioner and propane furnace. They did the job in a timely manner, and everything was very clean.
Scheduled an appointment yesterday, they arrived at 9AM today. As always the team at Papa’s was professional, informative, and appropriately priced. They take the time to walk you through the repairs and suggest simple actions to avoid further damage or repairs in the future. They are our go-to, highly recommend.

The tech, Skyler is professional, personable, gave an overview of the work to be performed, answered questions directly and honestly, then went to work on the project immediately. This us our third experience with Papa's and we could not be more pleased. I reached out with a faucet problem at 4:00 and our problem was resolved by 11:00 the next morning. Installer was a total pro and we are very pleased with our new faucet. We had a similar problem several years ago but fixing it with Papas this time was more prompt and the price was 30% less than the last time with a different company. We won't go anywhere else in the future.
Unhooked and reinstalled gas line from large stove. Only company in 25 miles that would perform this work. No one would move large stove. We appreciate their service.

Called to have gas line brought up to kitchen for range. Responded immediately with super quick turnaround time for estimate & work done next day. Very friendly helpful service tech too.
