We are very happy we went with core value for our duct cleaning needs. Core value was recommended by a friend in Lancaster who had her duct’s recently cleaned and was able to get me in contact with Peter. Although we live in Virginia, they were willing to travel approx. 3.5 hours to clean the vents in my home. Setting up the appointment was breeze and their prices were reasonable for the work. Peter and his team arrived on time, and were friendly, pleasant and professional. Peter gave us a detailed explanation of the process including aeroseal, Peter was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions as well as gave us recommendations on how to get the most out of our heating/cooling system, but most importantly, they delivered excellent results in cleaning and aerosealed our vents. Our heating system is now able to reach desired temperatures upstairs in no time, I am excited to see how much we will save in heating costs, I honestly wish we would have done the work sooner. I highly recommend core value and I will definitely contact them for future needs.
When making the appointment, the office staff was friendly and listened to all of my needs. They provided all of the options that we could do but allowed us to select what we wanted (rather than trying to just sell us extra stuff for no reason). Correspondence and communication was prompt and helpful in scheduling and setting expectations. The guys that came to the house were super friendly, professional, explained everything in detail before doing it, respected the house and our belongings, did the job fast and did it well. They give you before and after pictures so you can admire your new clean ducts. My house already smells cleaner. Looking forward to less allergies when we use our A/C this summer. Highly recommended!

We had a HVAC system put in about 2 years ago when we bought our home. My husband started having increased respiratory symptoms over the past year and we thought it might possibly be vents as this is a very old house. Core Value was so easy to communicate with and they gave us an estimate. Pete and Georgie just finished the work and I can already feel the big improvement in the air quality. Our HVAC filter was scary and the ducts and vents definitely needed love. Thanks to the guys, I feel like we're all going to be able to breathe much better and feel healthier! I had my dryer vent cleaned and I was surprised by how much lint was in there. My dryer is drying faster now and I don’t have a fire hazard anymore. A couple weeks later I had my vents cleaned in my whole house. I am so happy about how much less dusty my house is now and it smells better.

The quality of work from Core Value was above and beyond my expectations. Their reports showed measured readings, written descriptions and pictures to clearly demonstrate the improvements made. I just used this service to have my dryer vent cleaned and couldn't be happier. After seeing an article about Aeroseal, I did some research and decided to have my ducts cleaned and sealed. Core Value is the Aeroseal franchise for my zip code so they made the initial contact. From the beginning to the actual cleaning and sealing today everything was superb. Pete and his crew were here about 8 hours and thoroughly cleaned all return and supply ducts in our home. This was followed by the Aeroseal install. There attention to detail enabled them to achieve a 92% reduction in duct leakage. This product when installed by a professional like Core Value will help energy conscious homeowners like myself save significant energy in the future. Thanks Core Value for a job well done.
From initial contact thru professional courteous on-site service techs our experience was VERY positive. Pete's knowledge with George's efforts produced results that were above expectations. They resolved an issue we suspected but that our HVAC installation team couldn't locate and repair. Thank you for a job well done.
We have an old house downtown with four a/c units and who knows how many yards of ductwork...that had never been cleaned. There was an inch of dust - "It's mostly made of dead skin cells, dust mites, dead insect particles, soil, pollen, tiny plastic particles, bacteria, hair, and clothing fibers" - on the bottom of the ducts, and the sides were coated. Core Value showed up with the right equipment and attitude and worked for 10 hours straight. They even cleaned the a/c units. The air smells fresh, family allergies have calmed down, and - big thing - they got to the bottom of a carpet moth problem we were having. I was actually happy to write the check.
They were very responsive to my questions and inquiries. They were straight forward with pricing and very competitive. When they arrived they communicated exactly what they were going to do and kept me informed during the time they were at my house. Major difference in my airflow. Would highly recommend.
Our AC system was not good, some parts of the house never got cool. Core Value did Aeroseal and Its like a totally new system. Was totally worth the money!
Very professional tech’s! Reasonable pricing. I would definitely recommend them to anyone they did not try to sell additional products or services instead they explained in detail what they offer and why and left it up to me to decide if I wanted them. They answered all my questions without hesitation. I will use them again in the future!
