Efrin was top notch. I don't know if the price quoted is competitive, but the fact you are here on a Saturday trying to earn my business sold me on giving you a chance.
Sebastian and team were very nice to work with. They were mindful of my home while working, they made sure to double check with me before all installations to make sure I was satisfied. They were clean and kept their workspace clean, professional, and pleasant. They were great!
Double crew did good job installing mini split and were responsive in asking questions. Also did a good job in clean up etc. So far would recommend!
Work was great, they cleaned up after themselves, and were willing to work with us on where exterior lines were ran. Would highly recommend. Price was a little higher than other quotes we got but work quality and professionalism was worth it.
We are beyond pleased with our new mini split system from Topline Heating and Air. The crew from Topline have all been a pleasure to work with. Alex, who gave us our estimate was friendly and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to give us the best price. The crew who did our install today was fantastic! They were each respectful of our property and our pets. After a super hot, humid day, it feels so lovely sitting in a wonderfully cool house. And we are so excited that the equipment will also heat our space in the winter so we wont have such a high oil bill as often. I absolutely recommend Topline heating and air. Thank you so much to each associate who made this experience easy, exciting and special.
Roberto is the best, not only did he diagnose our problem within minutes he did so in a friendly professional manner. He also helped us install a window unit to get us through till parts were available and on July 4th none the less! Thank you again Roberto we truly enjoyed your help!
They have great response team, everyone is professional. They do make mistakes but quick to correct. I got an emergency oil leak during July 4th weekend and still had people come to fix. I'm satisfied with their service.
Anthony and his crew members did an excellent job with installation of our mini splits. They were very respectful and professional. The installation could have been a 2 day project. They made sure they finished the job and got it done within one day. After a 12 hour day working on our house. A+++ service. Very satisfied. Thank you all so much !!!

Mr. Earhart identified the issue of my 20+ year old AC system. He answered all the questions to me and my helpful neighbor; based on the whole situation I decided to update the whole system. The pictures below are my old system. He is very patient and polite. Thank you for your service. I wish you success in your career. 6/27/23 Update Shannon, Jerry, Benjamin, Andrew and another young man were great. I am truly grateful for all the help during this process. The installed the AC/Furnace/Thermostat/Humidifier the same day. They are organized, professional, clean. Thank you soo much ! Below see the after.
They all worked together and keep busy but we were told to get someone to hook up the electric but I thought that was in with everything so now we have to get someone to hook up the electric panel. I guess it was a misunderstanding on my part. But they did a good job. Thank you.

I can not thank this company enough for the work they put in with my installation. I had an old gas heater and window AC unit that seriously needed Major upgrade. The sales man came out and we did a full walk through of which system would be best for not only me but for the type of infrastructure my home is as I have an older home. We decided ductless was the way to go and they came in, installed and removed the old unit. No more gas bill for me. No more ugly radiators to look at. 100% recommend working we with this company. Will no doubt be calling them for future HVAC work.
I add Kudos to Igor and Sebastian, who on 6/21/2023, worked together to get the Invoice made up using our Model and Serial numbers, SEER and EER, etc. so we could file for tax credits and PP&L rebates. They also installed our on-off switches, which were on back order. It only took us 13 phone calls and a lot of frustration to get to this point after the initial install. This is why we notched our initial 5-star review down to 4 stars. On the housecall before this, Sheldon was extremely knowledgeable and fixed some issues the install did not catch. It is not his fault that they did not send out a workperson right when we called. I hold this against the company. He did come right away the next day. I would say that’s not stellar service but the service when they came was fine. They fixed everything, apparently things that they had not done right in the first place. They shouldn’t have had to fix anything because it was a brand new system, just installed! We were told to speak with the owner and left a message asking to speak with the owner, and he never called us. Not feeling good about this. Feeling good about my system and the fact that they stand behind it. Hope I don't have any more issues for years with this BRAND NEW INSTALL from them!
The install was quick and easy. The sales rep and technicians were friendly and professional and made the process enjoyable and convenient. I would definitely recommend this to anyone and everyone. No mess, no hassle
Great install experience - the guys were professional and knowledgeable. They had to change where they were expecting to install the unit when they arrived due to our HOA regulations but they were able to work out an alternative that worked super well. I highly recommend Topline and will use them for service on all my units in the future!
Chandler was our tech guy was very professional and polite 😊 we we’re getting a $17.95 value check up on our central air unit and it was 2 points under what it should have been…. The capacitor andddd Chandler stated that if that goes the whole unit will be done 😯 so we ended up trusting him to replace the part $350.75 ! My husband knows electrical work Chandler is honest! Thank you Chandler ☺️ Top Line is Tops!
