RSC YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME! Chuck was amazing! Very knowledgeable, informative and understanding! Being a first time homeowner can be scary when issues occur but Chuck was really helpful with explaining the process of maintenance for our AC unit and what to look for! If you are looking for a company that gives great information and explains the issue to you and the cause of it when it comes to your heating and cooling issues look no further and give RSC a call! Thank you Chuck for everything and getting our AC Unit back up and running for a very reasonable cost! You will have our business in the future!
RSC helped me out in a pinch when I lost heat last fall. Everyone I interacted with at the company was professional, kind, and very knowledgeable. They got my heat up and running again quickly and I had a lot of confidence in the quality of their work. 10/10, would definitely recommend.

RSC has got to be the best company I have ever dealt with. Steve came to our house the same day I called him. Steve was so kind, caring, helpful and understanding. We needed a brand new heating/ AC unit along with all new duct work. Chuck and Bob did our installation and did an amazing job. They are truly the nicest guys. A year has passed since RSC replaced our oil fired furnace with a new Carrier heat pump, and we couldn't be happier! The house is more consistent in temperature and the new control system allows greater flexibility. RSC's monitoring, follow up and service after the sale have been beyond our expectations.
RSC is the ultimate HVAC provider. Their quote was on target, they clearly explained what we were getting and took the time to listen to our concerns and answered all of our questions. The workmen were polite and clean. They provided a temporary air conditioner while our unit was being replaced. We always knew what to expect throughout the four days of the project. The owner of the company came on the first day to make sure we were introduced to the workmen and felt comfortable with them in our house. Really, the service was top notch. And, they completed the project ahead of schedule! I highly recommend RSC to anyone with HVAC needs.
RSC is one of the few standout HVAC companies that while family owned delivers with the capability and the resources of a larger corporate entity. Professional and knowledgeable employees take immense pride in their work and go to great lengths to make sure the customer is educated in all facets of ownership and maintenance. Communication is prioritized should there be any issues along the way with an emphasis on prompt resolution. I view my Carrier HVAC installation as an investment into my family's home and feel the payout of comfort and ease were greatly worth the price.
Thoroughly pleased with the service RSC provided in replacing my 17-year old heating/cooling system. The technicians, Chuck and Bob, did a heckuva job in replacing both the outdoor and indoor units. They worked very well together, went above and beyond what I expected them to do, and left my home as clean and tidy as it was before they started. I cannot speak more highly on their workmanship and professionalism. I definitely can recommend RSC to anyone looking for an outstanding company to solve their HVAC problems. 5 stars all the way!
The guys did a great job.love my mini-split they put in my pole barn garage. Everyone I dealt with with is supper nice and not pushy at all. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Technician Greg showed up right on time. They also sent confirmation texts the day before and 20 minutes prior to the appointment. He wore booties to cover his boots which is very appreciated. Rsc has been a wonderful company. Thank you

Steve was clearly very knowledgeable and had a great deal of experience with a variety of HVAC systems. I had "done my homework" and Steve (President/sales), Bob and Greg (technicians) were always willing to answer any questions I had and explain anything at all. Again, their knowledge and experience were excellent. I felt very much included in the process and extremely comfortable with their presence in my home. Now that we have the system up and running, I could not be more pleased with each aspect of the project from financing to finished product. RSC is the best of both worlds; small company customer service, big company experience.
Bob provided top-notch customer service in sharing his expertise to provide an overview and maintenance of my system. Danielle also provided exceptional communication in setting up services and explaining RSC capabilities. Highly recommend RSC!

I contacted RSC for a ductless mini split system. They contacted me shortly after I reached out & were able to come out to give me an estimate quickly. Steve was great to work with & always answered all my questions. The workers were all very nice & did a fantastic job. Steve even followed up with me after the first day of installation to check in & see if I had any questions. Very professional and courteous. I highly recommend them & I will definitely be using RSC again!
Knowledgable technicians, professional service, reasonable pricing, prompt service, no hassles. Couldn't ask for better service. There are lots of good companies in the area for all kinds of home services and these guys rank up there with the best of them. Highly recommend you go to them for your service needs. They have a 5 star rating on google for a reason.
RSC was very responsive to our needs. I had an appointment set up in a week for an estimate on a replacement heat pump system. Before that appointment our system started having issues so the owner came over that day to work up an estimate. The estimate was lower than another I had already received with a more advanced air handler. The estimate provided all the necessary details on what was included. The workers arrived the next day and removed the old while installing the new system. They were very professional and courteous. I received a follow up call that evening from the owner checking on our satisfaction. Overall we couldn't have been more pleased with the service we received.
Would I recommend to a friend? Absolutely. The following has been my experience... Scheduling: Scheduling this service was very easy. There's an online form to request service. Once you fill that out, you receive a call from RSC verifying the work requested and to schedule the appointment (you could probably also call them directly and skip the online part). They are very professional, courteous, and patient. Since I didn't know what I needed, they worked with me and answered all of my questions to help me figure out what the best option would be. Furnace Servicing: I'm a new homeowner so the whole process of furnace maintenance is unknown territory to me. Chuck was great. He explained the process, what he needed to do, and why he was doing it. He was very courteous, always wore shoe covers, noticed the cat and made sure to ask if she was allowed outside, and even made sure to call 20 minutes ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. When Chuck was finished, he gave me the rundown of his findings (which were also written on my copy of the work order). There were a few repairs that would be required but he didn't push for an immediate decision nor did he push for stay with RSC. He recommended going around and getting quotes to make sure that I get the best deal for me. He did provide quotes for the repairs through RSC which are all inclusive costs, no hourly rates or hidden fees. I think that has been one of the nicest things with RSC is the flat rate cost, there's nothing unexpected by the time they finish. Payment is due at time of service. I was happily surprised that I was able to pay by credit card (they also accept cash and checks). It was very simple and completed in person with Chuck. Update 2/2022: My water heater unexpectedly went out on me. Steve (president of RSC) came out to give me a quote and within a day I had a new water heater installed! He even followed up with me the next day checking in to make sure everything went well. I can't speak
