Out of 3 companies we called last night when our well pump and tank went out, Neffsville called us back asap at 7am and got their technician out by 9am. Chris was very professional and had everything done for us by 230.
BEWARE. I called Neffsville, "We do it right the first time" plumbing to repair a leaking valve on my bathtub. It would have required a rubber washer and possibly a valve seat. He said he didn't have the parts on his truck, but he proposed replacing everything for either $1600.00 or $2200.00. I paid the $57.50 travel fee, and I'm left with the same leaking valve. Truly pathetic disservice. Neffsville, please do not write a response to this review, you ripped me off fair and square.
Bryce fixed a slow leak that was in a hard to get spot. Very professional and also gave us a quote about fixing existing water heater plumbing in crawl space area that was questionable. Very happy with their services and will be calling them to come fix future plumbing issues very soon. 10/10
Our AC went out right during the heatwave so I put in a request at 10pm. They called me back by 7am and we had our AC fixed by 9am. Incredibly helpful & kind!
The tech showed up on time to assist with my water heater issue. Hw got it fixed, was really polite and accommodating. Definitely recommend him and the company for any plumbing issues
Brandon was very nice and was very good at his job . Now the cost was unbelievable. Took 5 mins at 208.00 to diagnose which was a element on a brand new water heater . From Lowes never again 6 days without hot water .
The entire experience with Neffsville was great, from scheduling, to text updates on my appointment, to paperless invoicing everything was very customer friendly and professional. Jesus was the technician that came to my house and he was amazing. He was able to quickly assess everything I needed done, create an estimate right on the spot, and then perform the work the same day. There was a lot to do so at one point I had 3 techs at my house to make sure everything was completed in one day, and it didn't affect the price because they billed me at a flat rate per repair. One of the things I had them do was replace my dishwasher, and they even hauled the old one and the box from the new one away. I am very impressed and will be using Neffsville again in the future.

Nic E. worked efficiently to discover the source of our problem. He trouble shooted several possibilities and was quick to communicate and explain as he went. When he left, our AC unit was once again doing it's job to cool our house. He was polite, thorough, and knowledgeable.
Neffsville has been my go to when I have heating/cooling or plumbing problems. Recently, I called because I thought I was having issues with my HVAC unit that they installed 8 years ago (and I've loved it the entire time, without issue....this was my first issue now!), it was having issues cooling (AC pipes were freezing). Ultimately, a new filter was needed. While they were here, they suggested an air scrubber to help with the dust and other things in the air. I also asked if they could get one of their plumbers to come out and give me an estimate for a new water heater, as the one I had was quite old and should get replaced finally. A few weeks later, I had a new water heater installed. The installer that came was Jeff Zwigard. He was fantastic, and took care of everything, incredibly polite, and I couldn't have asked for better service. Can't recommend them enough!
We have been using Neffsville for the past 4 years and have always been very happy with the service. We recently had an issue with a leaky toilet that was causing water problems in our basement. Jerry, our technician, did an excellent job diagnosing the problem as well as pointing out some other troublesome spots he noticed. He even made himself available during off hours and was responsive to all questions. Above and beyond 100%. Thank you for the excellent service and we look forward to using you in the future.
Bryce was great at communicating as I am 8 hours away from my home with a faulty water heater. He was clear, concise and completed work from call to finish in 4 hours!
Aaron was great he was very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the issue with my dehumidifier. He was also friendly. A+++ recommended.
Aaron did an amazing job explaining, a first time home owner, all the maintenance needed to get thr ac system working. After the visited, he emailed me a report with pictures of everything done. Will surely use this service again!
Rob Haeusler went above and beyond to fix our air conditioner in a very reasonable amount of time. He was very professional and personable! We will definitely be doing business with Neffsville again!
The Neffsville crew installed a new air conditioner in my home a couple days ago. They did a great job, arrived as planned, we’re extra careful in protecting the inside of my home, we’re courteous and left the house as they found it.
I had an Air conditioner fan not spinning because of problems with Inducer Capacitor, and dual run capacitors . Ben Murphy was so professional expert. Wow Ben I appreciate your service and all that you did. time is also another quality of Ben in maintaining the air conditioner. Thank you 🙏
My parents recommended me to Neffsville Plumbing. I’ve had Gabe, Dave and Jeff all service my home. Dave and Jeff serviced for emergency reasons, and I was super happy. I recommend a service contract too. It’s a good deal
AC stopped working right as it got hot...Of Course...Had a very positive experience with the technician Rob. I was very appreciative of the fact that they gave me multiple quotes and then the quote I chose when upon finding the issue was not as bad as they thought it was, quickly adjusted to a much lower price. Also decided to go with the yearly service plan for all the added benefits and affordable cost. Would definitely recommend.
