Tim was honest, fast and knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. I appreciated his help with our water heater and will be calling him again for assistance with our HVAC system in the near future. We had a tough time with other companies trying to get warranty repair work done, but Tim was able to squeeze us in and get the work done quickly and professionally!
Tim went above and beyond. He was very knowledgeable and patient, talked through the process with my husband and worked along side him. Very personable and great price for quality of work. Will be recommending him and using his services in the future. Thank you!!
Tim installed our mini split system. It was a very clean and professional installation. Tim answered all of our questions and was very helpful throughout the process. The cost was very competitive and his service was first rate.

I definitely would recommend these guys for anyone with plumbing or heating issues. Tim was responsive will actually do service and system repairs. A lot of companies are only interested selling you a new system, but tim is a straight shooter, honest and affordable and definitely someone I will reccomend to my family and friends.
Tim has so far performed the following at our property: -Full HVAC (AC and Heat) upgrade along with thermostat upgrade. -Installation of multi-head split system. - HVAC Preventative Maintenance. -Duct repair in in-law quarters. - In-Law quarters HVAC preventative maintenance. I do not impress easily, however Tim's attention to detail, honesty, and quality workmanship have repeatedly had me going back as HVAC needs arise. I gave 5 stars simply because that is the highest rating allowed here, but if were able would give more.
While I didn't move forward with services with Tim (he determined it wasn't needed), he was extremely helpful and transparent. He could have easily quoted me the price to fix my concern, but instead eased my mind and said it was just a cosmetic thing and while he could certainly fix it, I could just as easily do it myself for free.
Tim was out and got us fixed up in no time. Really appreciate him getting it done so soon

Tim gets my highest recommendation as a contractor. We trusted him with a complete HVAC overhaul to remove an old oil furnace and replace it with a high-efficiency heat pump system. Whether you are looking to upgrade to new equipment or service old, Tim is affordable and one of the most knowledgable in the field. But it's his care, thoughtfulness and trustworthiness that makes him stand out. We had high expectations based on the 5-star reviews, but he exceeded even these. We have recommended multiple friends to him and will continue to do so. Here are just some examples of the amazing work Tim did for us: - Tim started with a comfort consultation to understand our needs and goals. He did multiple tests to confirm where our house needed air sealing and the exact air flow specifications to ensure the new system worked to maximize efficiency and comfort. - Tim presented multiple options for achieving our goals, talked us through the pros in cons in detail, and answered every question we had patiently and thoroughly. - Tim coordinated well with other contractors we were using to perform other home improvements and was always on time and on schedule. - Tim's work was of such high quality that even the city inspector that other contractors had struggled to please complemented Tim's workmanship. - Tim remained regularly in contact once our system was up and running and helped us get everything tuned and working well, from the thermostat, to the filters, to the heat pump settings. When one component had a manufacturing defect, he worked with the manufacturer to find a solution, saving us a headache. The most important thing is our house is now super comfortable AND saving a ton of energy. If you want to electrify your HVAC, Tim is the best resource in Eastern PA and I can't recommend him highly enough.
I had Naugher go out to a property I managed to check out a heating issue. They did a great job communicating with me and quickly resolved the issue. I would definitely recommend them for HVAC repairs.
Tim from Naugher as awesome. Our heater was not working and we were able easily to make an appointment online and he came out the same day. He was on time, thorough, took time to explain the issue and had the problem fixed within an hour. Extremely professional and knowledgable. We will be using Naugher and recommending them to everyone we know.
Tim came and preformed a blower door test for us at our home. He did a VERY thorough job and helped us identify leaking areas in our home. He also consulted with us on proper mitigation to help solve our comfort issues. I would highly recommend Tim for his services

I had been dealing with another heating repair company for the last 10 years and had the same reoccurring issue with my boiler. I was so frustrated by this that I called someone based on others experiences and found Tim. In two visits he had my problem narrowed down, he then fixed what I thought was a design issue imbeded into my boiler. Highly recommend Tim and his professional service, knowlege, and promptness.
Naugher was thorough and thoughtful with their work and the way they presented themselves. Tim spent a large amount of time to insure all was right and followed up to verify my heating was working properly. This is not the first or last time if needed that Naugher will be the service we call.
