Great experience with Frey Lutz, from the initial conversation with our sales rep, Joe, all the way through installation. We were able to get an installation date in less than a week from when we signed the contract and Joe even dropped off window units to keep us cool until our new central AC could be installed, which was a lifesaver in 90 degree weather. Installers were friendly, professional and quick.
Charles and Jeremy did a very professional install of my HVAC system in one day. Old system and trash was removed along with a good clean up. Joe provided the quote for the job and was easy to work with as a few things were changed during quoting process. Highly recommend Frey Lutz for a new HVAC system. Price was excellent.
I called in regards to my leaking water heater. Joe responded quickly and arranged for Shawn and Jeremy to replace it within a few hours! They worked in a professional manner and finished it promptly. I was impressed and grateful for the way I was treated. Thank you!!!
Charlie is absolutely the BEST. Clean professional install of a rush mini split to boot. Absolutely beautiful work and clean up job. I also deal with other FL guys Jeremy and Jason are cool but Charlie saved the day!!! They always help us out...my company has a contract with them so I'm very familiar with their varied services. The guys were amazing! They came in to give me an estimate on Monday and started the work that Thursday. They were extremely professional and reasonably priced. They did great work installing two new boilers for me. Now my heating system works better than ever. I highly recommend this company!

I have had Service and Frey Lutz for years. They have always been reliable, trustworthy, professional, and overall pleasant to deal with. The most current situation involved central AC that needed replaced. Frey Lutz actually brought two window air conditioners for me to remain comfortable until the installation of my new central air could be accomplished. They go over and above to serve their customers.
We called Frey Lutz to replace and A/C unit and Air-handler, and a A/C-Heat Pump with a Air-handler. Our previous systems installed by Frey Lutz had an amazing lifespan of 30 plus years. Joe came out the same day to give us a quote, and it was being installed within a week. Charles and Jeremy were on time and very professional. I would definitely recommend Frey Lutz.
