Joff and his team were great from the planning stage to completion. The pricing was reasonable and they impressed me with their knowledge and craftsmanship. You wouldn't be able to tell that my central air ducts were added 70 years after my home was built. I would highly recommend them!

The team at Marvin E Kanz did an exceptional job with both the selection and the installation of our new Trane heating system. Kanze rep Joff was in constant communication with us from start to finish. The installers were very knowledgeable, polite, and on time. They made sure that we understood all of the features and answered all of our questions. Pricing was very fair. We were so grateful that Joff was able to schedule our project so quickly. We had been without heat during one of the coldest periods in Dec 2022. Joff had the heater installed right away so that we would have heat for Christmas! We are very happy with our decision to use Marvin E Kanz and would not hesitate to use them again!

Our water heater wasn't working on a Sunday night in the middle of the winter! I called Jonathan Kanze from Marvin E Kanze HVAC on Monday morning to have him come out to look at our unit. He was at my house within two hours and we had a new 50 Gallon hot water heater installed the following morning . The customer service was outstanding. Jonathan is professional , reliable, friendly and courteous. His staff who installed the unit was great. I highly recommend Marvin Kanze inc. We had a phenominal experience .
Kanze was onsite to diagnose the issue the next morning, and able to quote a replacement system and have it installed by 2pm the next day. A very professional and quality interaction, which has always been my experience. I will continue to recommend.

Marvin installed a new AC unit for us. We gave the job to Marvin after evaluating 5 proposals. Marvin staff is very professional, honest and thorough. Joff who gave us the proposal provided detailed information to help us make the educated decision. He followed up after the installation to make sure all worked well - very customer centric. The technicians were also professional and did a thorough and great job with our installation. So glad we chose Marvin.
They were great to work with. They installed a new air conditioner and gas furnace. They suggested a few options on what type of equipment to get. The installers were polite and professional. They were also flexible in installing the gas line since I had to get one run up from the street.

Appreciate how thorough and professional Joff and team have been. He helped spec out a ductless unit two years ago that is working great. Also found an expert to solve a problem with my old heat pump this winter that was missed by another company. Highly recommend.
Amazing job! We live in a old stone house from 1929 that had steam heat and an inefficient boiler. With limited closet space and no real linkage between floors, we did a complete 2-system upgrade: gas fired in basement, electric from attic. Joff and his team (Harry and Marty) worked with us the whole way, shifting and solving on the fly to make the best of cramped, complicated space. 100% would recommend for people who are in the same boat.
We knew they were great because we got our AC installed with Marvin E Kanze 10+ years ago and were using them for regular maintenance (heater and AC). Yet, I was so happy how smoothly our new boiler installation went last week. They did such a great job- from the excellent communication during the estimate, and walking through the choices for a new boiler to the actual installation-professional, courteous, attention-to-deal, and very thorough. We are super happy!! If only everyone were this good for home repairs/improvements :)
Tech went above and beyond to get my AC back online.
We used Marvin Kanze to replace an old central AC system that had broken down. We have been homeowners for 25 years , done 2 major additions and have worked with many many contractors including several heating and cooling companies over the years.I have to say that our experience with this company from start to finish has been by far the best yet. Joff (the salesman )was so responsive and meticulous… a true pleasure to work with. Our technician team consisted of Brendan, frank and Martin and they were all amazing…. so respectful, hardworking and knowledgeable. I have never actually taken the time to review any company but this team really stood out and I highly recommend them if you want professionalism and quality work.
