Our inside unit of split A/C was leaking and we had Mike D. come out and service it. He was very patient and meticulous in cleaning out drain pipes and checking the pressure and making sure the unit was tuned up properly. We were very pleased with the service and will be using Dream Team again! Edit: the leak was not fixed. On a muggy day, the interior split unit pulled all the moisture from the air and dumped it on our floor. I called the Dream Team and they promised to send someone out. But not seen anybody come out to fix it yet. If you are using them, I would recommend having a backup company ready to fix the issue.
Great service and the team, Jim was very complete and professional! He listened to my problem and was very clear on what he wanted to look at and test. Absolutely great service.

Their technicians had profesional training in the latest building codes and electrical system. The building service was inspected, new grounding installed and new safety alarms installed to meet the code. Highly recommend Dream Team for any electrical service.
The tech, Aidan, was courteous and professional. Performed the maintenance and explained what was done and some other options for upkeep pf the system.

Mike Rich showed up on time he was friendly and professional. He gave us an estimate on a French drain and was very thorough about the installation process. He was quite knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely be using their services again.
I was referred to the Dream Team from a neighbor who is a contractor. They did not disappoint!! Everyone at Dream Team is fantastic. I called late morning and Michelle got me on the schedule for the same day. Aiden the technician was very thorough and explained everything that he did. He also shared and explained all of the maintenance offerings. The problem with my AC unit was resolved very quickly. I couldn’t be more please with the Dream Team’s servicing and level of professionalism. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again for maintenance and replacement of equipment.

The technician was working downstairs and discovered the leak was coming from my condo. He immediately and clearly explained everything that needed fixing. He also sent video of the repairs and shown me the broken parts
Tim and Ken are amazing resources of knowledge and advice for electrical concerns. Both are very professional, friendly and really take the time to explain to make sure you understand everything. Tim did a full inspection of our house and was able to save us from a really dangerous and costly fire hazard! Then, he referred us to Ken, who was able to troubleshoot an RV outlet issue in 30 seconds and make excellent recommendations on generators!
I had Dream Team evaluate my soon to be house related to knob and tube remediation. If I could give an 8 stars out of 5 I would. Phil was knowledgable, patient, friendly, and took the time to make sure that my wife and I were comfortable with the next steps. We felt 1000% better after the evaluation than before it - it took a total unknown issue to a path to modernization.
Phil from Dream Team came on time. He was extremely friendly and courteous. He explained the problems after he had thoroughly diagnosed them. Phil worked up various estimates and gave me a range of options considering my budget. I would not hesitate to use this group again.
